Overall it’s value for money but walls are too thin”

It’s a nice place with a cozy interior. I took the smallest room which is really small. I joined the twin beds together since I was staying there for a week. Main door and room door are locked with a keypad. Make sure you get the pin code from the owner. You can drop her a WhatsApp message. It has a kitchen with everything. There are cups and utensils. There’s a fridge and washing machine (I don’t think it’s for the guest to use as there were bedsheets inside). Bathrooms are okay. During my stay it was well kept and clean. There’s liquid soap for guest. My only complain is that the walls and doors are too thin. I can hear everything from drilling sounds and my neighbours in the next room playing music, talking etc 😳 Can’t complain much as the room is really cheap. It’s walking distance to Domain so food and groceries are nearby. Cyberjaya has a lot of Grab drivers so you can use it to move around too. Hope the owner will look into soundproofing the walls ☺️

Pro : Stayed in Master room, room was nice, clean, attached bathroom. Cons: I have no idea how to check in and I have to contact the owner/guest keeper by myself. Bathroom a bit smelly. Maybe clogged or something.

The house design is quite likely and very near to the club house, can swim and gym. It under control with security guard. The room and bed is clean with a nice facility. Just a bit disappointed to the toilet inside the room. When check in and open the toilet floor is truly wet with water and some hairs not clean so well. If posible may put some refresh spray in the toilet. Others i ok for it. Totally i will back to stay again.

The replacement hotel is not reasonable condition!”

The owner inform me they need to replace the hotel that i have booked. Unfortunately the replacement hotel also was not in reasonable and good condition. The mattress was not tidy up. The used towel from previous customer also was left in the room. So there is no point the owner replace me with another room as the 'New' room also not tidy! Very disappointed!

Guest villa23 is strictly prohibited ”

2nd visit but this time, the place is not allowing ppl entering to the guardhouse as they knew when you wanted to enter villa23. You need a well communication with Nelson (but he failed, not seeing the whatapps at all) before to get the access card. Equipment not well maintained. Last word, recommended due to the price.

Called the number provided but didn’t get through, emailed but didn’t reply. We just wanted to confirm our late arrival. Was lucky when a guest actually gave us a contact number. Got details on the room, went in to find it was reek of cigarettes odor. Toilet floor was icky. All in all bad experience.

Simple, easy & convenient”

The receptionist was helpful throughout the process. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Area is well secured and there's convenient store nearby as well. Love the design and concept of the home, I had a lovely stay though it was just a few hours. Would love to visit again.

The toilet has strong smells for some reasons. The staff only contacted me after I have reached the accommodation for the code. Luckily, I met ?staff outside the house who is a foreigner and some how he has the code for me.

Beautiful modern house”

Check in process was easy, just contact the owner and she will provide you the password to enter the house. I immediately amazed by the deco inside of the house, so pretty! The facilities provided are good, got fridge, washing machine and microwave etc. I wish there are water dispenser though. The sheets are a bit dusty but tolerable. All and all, very satisfied

The location is so strategic if want to travel to cyberjaya or putrajaya, affordable and cozy. this is my second time staying here. so recommended. will stay here again next time
