이곳을 선택한 것은 제이 피 로렐 에버뉴라는 메인도로를 끼고 있는 곳이기 때문이었다. 바로 앞에 카멜라 노스포인트라는 콘도미늄도 있고 공항에서 접근하기도 수월한 곳이다. 처음 느낌은 여인숙같은 느낌을 받았다. 직원들은 상당히 친절했으며 합리적인 요구를 했을 때 이에 응하였다. 방은 디럭스 룸으로 별동에 있는 스탠다드보다 컸으나 스탠다드도 무리 없이 이용이 가능할 것 같았다. 다만 아고다는 디럭스룸을 프로모션했던거 같다. 물론 가격은 스탠다드보다 약간 비쌌다. 방은 많이 남아 있었으며 현지 필리핀 숙박자가 대부분이었다. 방의 모습은 남루했다. 에어컨은 시끄러웠으며 제공되는 물은 수도물이었다. 티비도 상태가 좋지 않은 15인치정도 였다. 방음은 무리가 없었던거 같다. 샤워실 상태는 무난했고 무엇보다 물이 매우 잘나왔다. 따뜻한 물도 많이 나왔다. 와이파이는 무료로 제공되나 24시간마다 갱신을 하기 위한 아이디와 비번을 받았어야 했으며 장비의 갯수대로 제공하고 있었다. 아브리자가 걸어서 5-10분거리에 있엇으며 그리 멀지 않았던 것같다. 사말섬 다이브를 위해서는 지프니를 타고 10분정도의 거리에 있는 항구로 가면 된다. 워낙 메인도로이고 주변에 다바오 일렉트릭 등 큰 건물이 많아 로케이팅하기에 좋은 곳이었다. 아침 식사는 필리핀 현지식이었는데 조금 안습이었던것 같다. 일단 주스는 쿨피스보다 못한 것이었고 과일은 신선하지 못했다. 또한 생선은 머리부분을 줘서 먹을 것이 별로 없었다.

for an old hotel, it needs to be renovated. the hotel room furnishing needs to be upgraded. the staffs though were all very nice and courteous. the food served for breakfast needs to be improved. wifi is only available in the lobby area which was very inconvenient for the guests, and the internet connection is very slow.

First room tv was 10". Didn't pick up but one station. Very user unfriendly.

Hotel for the budget traveller”

You get what you pay for in this hotel. It's easy to get a taxi or public transpo from the hotel. Room is spacious and they have available function rooms which you can rent out for business or special events.

It is centrally located on main road, easy acess to any organisation, but there is no WIFI in room. Break fast is good with limited menu.

Our stay was great. Its a 2-min ride to abreeza mall where my meeting was set. Its very accessible to anywhere you want to go. Transportation wasn't a problem at all.

I had an pleasant stay in Villa Margarita,Davao. The staffs are accommodating. Suite room are quite huge. however, they do not offer single queen/king sized bed in suite rooms only twin beds. No internet access as well in rooms.

close to Abreeza Mall”

For a one night stay, the hotel was okay. It was affordable considering that it was close to Abreeza mall. The environment is peaceful and meals where available because of its coffee shop/restaurant on the ground floor at least you don't need to go far to eat. Most rates were inclusive of breakfast and wifi is free.

I stayed here only one night. It was bad, I had room 223. It was noisy from the street, could not sleep. The A,C was blowing air straight across the bed, felt like wind tunnel. Bathroom had soap from previous guest. The place is in need of upgrade. I would not recommend this place, there are better places.
