가격대비 괜찮은 코티지 스타일의 우리만의 방”
방콕에서 코사멧패키지 이동으로 했더니 코사멧 섬의 메인부두에 내려주더군요. 거기서 비만사멧 리조트로 이동하려면 택시버스가 가장 깊숙히까지 들어가야해서 이동비용이 좀 들었습니다. 보아하니 반페에서 비만사멧이 있는 해변으로 바로 오가는 배도 있던데 그걸 이용하시는게 더 좋을듯 합니다. 해변은 구석에 있어 우리만의 해변에 있는것 같아 좋구요, 모래사장도 꽤나 길고 좋습니다. 레스토랑들이 모여 있는 곳이 리조트에서 좀 떨어져있어 조용해서 좋구요. 다만 아쉬운것은 코티지로 했더니 나무와 다른 방에 가려 바다가 많이 보이지 않더라구요. 다른 방은 바다가 코앞이던데... 제가 선택한 방이 코티지라 그런듯 하더군요. 그외것들은 모두 만족합니다. 리조트인데 이정도 가격이라면 괜찮다 생각합니다. 뭐 시설이 물론 정말 리조트는 아니지만 말입니다. ㅎㅎ

싸고 좋은 방”
3월 13일부터 15일 까지 2박 3일간 꼬사멧섬의 아오 웅두안에 있는 비만 싸멧 리조트에 머물렀음. 가격은 1박에 7만원정도(세금, 조식 포함, 개인욕실, 에어콘 상태 양호)로 상대적으로 낮은 편임(타 리조트는 통상 1박에 10-15만원선). 위치는 해변의 정중앙이 아니고 다소 우측으로 되어 있으나 깨끗하고 친절하며 조용하여 휴식하기에 매우 좋았음. 여행자분들께 추천하고 싶음. 다만, 전용 수영장이 없고 전용보트를 운영하고 있지 아니한 것이 흠이랄 수 있음

We love the terrific panorama view !!! Quiet . But actually, just a few steps from the busy beach with a lot of activities. The room is clean. Simple and clean bathroom. Friendly and caring staff. Clean food also. Sea view villa is worth the money. Highly recommend

Vimarn is the most beautiful place on Wongdeun beach”
Location gets more than 5 stars! Staff were polite and helpful. The only drawback was the breakfast buffet. It was ok but not something I looked forward to in the morning. One suggestion would be to have an eggs station at the breakfast buffet because then guests can have more say in how their eggs are cooked.

Perfect spot on Koh Samet!”
We are really glad we chose Vimarn. The reviews we read were not great, yet it is obvious management listened to those reviews. The resort has been renovated and our room was not 'dated' or full of cockroaches (in fact we never saw a single roach the whole week we were there anywhere). The room came with everything you could ask for including towels for all 4 of us and the free breakfast was also for all 4 of us! The room was perfect for a family, although I would not recommend the family room for young children. The second bed is up ladder stairs which are VERY steep and our 2 year old fell down them (he's okay, but it could've been really bad). Breakfast was geared towards the Chinese market. While the scrambled eggs were delicious, there wasn't much choice between eggs, fruit and sausage each morning. It's fine for a couple mornings in a row though! With Koh Samet being full of mosquitoes, literally there must be a billion mozzies there, Vimarn is situated perfectly with the breeze keeping the mosquitoes away. You also get incredible views from here of 2 beaches and the sea and there are so many seating options to enjoy the views, from the swings, to the swinging benches, to the poolside deck chairs. The pool was just perfect and has a kiddy pool section. We would definitely recommend staying here. They are continuing to improve the resort and even built a new deck while we were there. We hope to be back in the future! Vongdeuan beach is also the nicest beach on the east side. It's a short walk to the next beaches too. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Beautiful location and potential, just needs better management and attention to details. The suites have mold in the bathroom and could have more shelves, the room feels bare. Also the reception and check-in was very unwelcome and they need to clean up the hotel. Once you are there is beautiful, specially the pool area. Breakfast was very simple. This is a constructive review and I do think that this place can something special if better managed.

the hotel is on the peninsula beside a small quiet beach. the bungalows a very nice and private. the entire resort is small and a little secluded from the noise of the beach. and it is all right beside the beach. the restaurant is excellent. definitely coming back!

Pretty location and one of the few hotels here that has a swimming pool. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is mostly catering for the Asian visitors rather than western. This hotel has tried hard to get back up and running after many months of no visitors and it shows.

If you don’t mind walk up hill, this place is good”
I was with young kid and elders, not a problem for kid but elder who couldn’t walk properly. The resort is up on hill where the facilities, decorations, and staffs were very very nice and I like all things. No road for car so the shuttle couldn’t stop at the lobby like other resorts, but motorbike can get a bit closer since the alley was 2-3m wide way up slopes. The room was clean and large, good value with the money. Peaceful environment. Breakfast was fine, not many choices and very basic but overall was good. Food was also tasty. There was also a little pool bar with view of Ao Cho and Ao Wongduen, so can access to both beaches by approximately 500m walk up and down the slopes. No front beach of the hotel itself as the location is up on little hill.

Best location to stay in vongduan beach”
Beautiful site for the hotel (many places to find a spot and just relax). Room was clean and cleaned daily. Only downside was that there were no pool towels provided and the breakfast was mediocre.

Christmas trip to Samet island”
I booked the suite it came with two king Beds and seating area. Large covered patio over looking Ao Cho but my hotel actually located in Ao Wong Duean. It is perfect location between two beaches. Breakfast is very basic and they young girl cooking the eggs does not seems happy and not understand what you ask for. The older one is better. Water in Ao Wong Duean is super clean and calm but I think next Beach Ao Cho may be little better. nightly fire show start at 7pm is not to miss
