건축한지 호텔인듯 합니다. 벽 안쪽에서 물이 흐르는 소리등이 들립니다. 전체적으로 수전등이 오래된 호텔이며 한개층에 룸이 8개 정도이고 층수가 18층되는 좁은 편이며 어느 항공사 인지 모르겠으나 기장들이 숙박도하는 호텔입니다. 센트럴 터미널과 5분 정도 떨어져 있으며 뉴왁공항 인아웃시 직행고속버스 이용이 편리합니다. 프런트와 조식 식당 스탭들이 모두 가족같이 친절한 편이며 조식은 대표적인 아메리칸 스타일로써 평균적이며 젊은이보다는 시니어 관광객에 적합한 호텔입니다.

Great hotel”
I really enjoyed my time here! My room was beautiful, quiet and clean. A nice refuge from the city whenever I returned to my room during my weekend visit but close enough to the subway and New York sights to easily get around. I found some good restaurants a short walk away as well. Staff was friendly.

Value for money, excellent location, helpful staff”
The hotel is only 6 mins from Grand Central as advertised, large rooms, clean, helpful staff. Only drawback, there is no wi-fi in the rooms (you have to pay for it). However, there is wi-fi in the lobby and 2 computers you can use. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to family and friends.

This is an older hotel that has been refurbished. The room was huge with a king-size bed and a good-sized bathroom. It was GREAT value. The room had everything I needed and more. The location was really good, too. It was in a slightly less busy part of Manhattan yet centrally located. It was close enough to walk to the many attractions around NY. The only complaint I have was that the hot water didn't work and took a long time coming. Because it is an older hotel, the fittings and pipes are also old. I had to call the maintenance staff to get it running. The maintenance man was professional and efficient, and got my hot water running soon after. All in all, an absolutely FABULOUS stay!

The deal we got was a room stated as “run of the house” we guess the room we had been given is hardy used all year round. But as it was NYC, we were hardly in the room so

A great budget hotel , great location just 5 minute walk to Grand Central - 20 minutes to Central park & Times square.The rooms were a good size, comfortable & clean,the bathroom could do with an upgrade. The soundproofing from the neighbouring room was excellent & street noise is to be expected form a downtown hotel. Our group decided to eat breakfast around the corner as the hotel breakfast was a little expensive for what is was. The staff were excellent( accommodating & very helpful) , we had some fun banter with them. I would definitely stay there again .

Hotel is in a great location on E42nd St. Easy walking distance to central park, Times square etc. The hotel facilities are basic. We had a nice big room with a large comfortable bed. Although the fixtures and fittings, decor etc are a little dated we would stay here again. We did book quite far in advance however and got a good price. On looking at prices shortly before we arrived, we thought it was rather expensive compared to more modern hotels with better facilities. We looked at staying an extra night but this was going to cost us more than half of what we paid for the previous 3 nights. It is Manhattan though and you have to shop around.

Great location. Staff great. The only let down was condition of room. In great need of upgrading. Bed was very comfortable. Had a couple of issues with plumbing which was fixed. Believe it has recently been taken over with plans to renovate.

The hotel is old. Not the most efficient set up you will see, but that is compensated by its staff, who are very nice and helpful. The hotel rate is deceptively low. The "resort fee" (for having safe in your room, among other things) they charge you upon checking in is essentially the part of the nightly rate they do not advertise.

The hotel charges you a “destination” e then informs you that you have $20 discount on food. This is FORCED PURCHASING - by taking your money then offering a discount/credit they force you to eat there everyday. Logically they should just charge $20 less that you are free to eat wherever you want. Surely this is illegal?

No WiFi to the room, reserved for BB status but not provided breakfast at the rate as agreed in reservation. Room charges were higher than the confirmed room rates at the reservation point. It is highly regrettable to state and this kind of practices not to be taken place.
