Nice clean hotel, has Starbucks in the building and a bistro / bar. There are shopping areas and restaurants nearby . There are busses and subway in walking distance . The only tiny thing - is the entrance - wish it was more noticeable (more lights or signs pointing to it ), it’s in the back of the building, easy to miss

New hotel in good location”
Good, small, new hotel in the Queens area, located near a mall, close to the subway station and La Guardia airport. It is really the only new, decent hotel in the area. I had to run some errands in the area so it was perfect. Most of the staff are helpful and friendly (especially Gabriel Granados at the Reception). The night shift staff could be more helpful and service oriented though. My biggest and only complaint is that the room as advertised in Agoda was not correct. It said that it was a queen with a sofa bed, but there was NO SOFA BED at all. I am not sure if this is the hotel's problem or Agoda itself (false advertising), but I even noted this in my reservation ("Booking room with queen sized bed and sofa bed as advertised."), but neither Agoda nor the hotel contacted me to clarify that I was getting only a small room W/O SOFA BED. As a result, it was pretty cramped for us. Agoda and Wyndham - do NOT advertise that the room has a sofa bed when there isn't one!

If you are traveling with children this hotel is NOT for you, staff was rude and lazy made us come to the front desk to get linens, nightclub in hotel noisy all night.

It is a three-star hotel. Good price and good location. Check the map for the places to eat and shop. Close to a subway entrance, although we didn't use.

Hotel was nice! I loved how they had a starbucks connected, as well as a resturant. The balcony was nice. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but everything else was great. Would come again.

Hôtel très propre, chambre très bien insonorisée, lits très confortables, proximité d'un très grand centre commercial. Le seul point négatif, le petit déjeuner n'est pas fourni mais le Starbucks du rez de chaussée est parfait.

Kleine Probleme, aber wie immer gut”
Zum zweiten Mal in diesem Jahr waren wir in diesem Hotel. Wir hatten dieses Mal das wohl kleinste Queens-Zimmer welches es hier gab. Sehr klein. Das Housekeeping ist super, derart (auf den ersten Blick) saubere Zimmer haben wir bisher in New York (bei 4 Sternen) nicht erlebt. Mal wurde ein Glas zu wenig wieder hingestellt, mal wurde die Matte vor der Dusche nicht wieder hingelegt, aber alles nur Einzelfälle, in der Summe Top-Leistung. Zwei Probleme gab es während des gesamten Aufenthalts, die Selbstbedienungs-Eismaschine war defekt (Eis gab es aber auf Nachfrage am Frontdesk, schnell und freundlich), und es gab Ameisen im Zimmer (rund 10 lebende und mehr als 15 Tote) im Bereich von Flur und Bad (glücklicherweise nicht im Bett). Wir kommen gerne wieder, ob Ende des Jahres oder im kommenden Frühling werden wir noch festlegen.

Sehr sauberes und allgemein angenehmes Hotel!”
Zu allererst müssen wir das sehr gute Housekeeping erwähnen. An fast allen Tagen wurde perfekte Arbeit geleistet, man fühlte sich oftmals wie in einem neu zurecht gemachtem Zimmer. Einmal wurde das Trinkglas nicht gewechselt, aber bei 13 Nächten fällt das wenig ins Gewicht. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, zwischen 2 Subway-Stationen und 2 Einkaufszentren (wobei das Queens Center top ist). Vom JFK mit einem Taxi für knapp $ 40 zu erreichen. Lediglich die Lage am Express-Way und Queens-Boulevard ist etwas lauter. Gerade wenn einige Personen unbedingt ihre Auspuff-Anlage vorführen wollen. Am Rande ist noch erwähnt, dass es kein Frühstück gibt. Aber durch die Lage zum 63rd Drive (Bagelladen) und durch einen Starbucks im Haus, sowie einem Burger King nebenan, sollte niemand hungern müssen. Für uns hat sich das Hotel durch sein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für den nächsten Aufenthalt qualifiziert. Wir danken!
