Loud, Not Serene”
Have been to Ngwe Saung a few times now; this time, short notice for a booking, choices were limited. Like many places, power only 2 hrs/day (1-3 p.m.), and 6 p.m. - 6 a.m.: fine. No internet: fine. No hot water: fine. No peace and quiet: not fine. This is a place for middle and/or lower-middle class Bamar people to come and shack up 10 to a room, play music, drink, and yell at each other (in a friendly manner). A long weekend only added fuel to the fire. Mind you, rooms had very thin walls and connected with neighbour's, the place is old, verging on derelict. Great staff (like almost everywhere in this nation), yet next trip, it will be elsewhere...

One Night stay”
Except Seaview and beach front hotel there is no good facilities provided even like teethbrush and toothpaste and hot water. The bed sheets and beds are too dirty and too old. Not recommend to others.

Staff are friendly and room are also clean and wide. We can see the two view, front door is Sea view and back door is garden view. Breakfast also good. Meal price are also fare. Security service good.

This place is nothing special apart from the prime beach front location. ”
The hotel has nothing to offer apart from a great location at the beach front, but at the price it’s good enough to be a bargain 50-200 USD below other places. It’s rundown, old typ ACs, local Yayngon clientele. Close to beach bars and restaurants.

The worst hotel I had ever stayed, dirty, awful smell, mosquitoes, no tooth paste, bath room slipper, complementary., not good Aircorn, electricity available only at night. So, hot the whole day. No inline phone, use own hand phone to call reception. Spoiled bath tub and tap., no water flow. Extra bed charged $12 USD but put small mattress on the floor with no pillow

Sparce and Disappointing”
Our biggest problem with Yuzana was that nothing was as advertised. The rooms have the barest of furnishings in them. The shower with tub is cold water only. There is only electricity from 18:00-06:00 (like most hotels on the beach). None of these things are terrible in their own right but the surprise that our beautiful beach resort was little better than camping made us never want to come back. Add to that a dissapointing breakfast, minamally cleaned rooms, and barest English skills and it was quite clear that there is an extreme lack of care or concern for the comfort of the guests. Housekeeping did come to check if we needed anything but they did it at 07:00, 19:30 and 21:00 on our three days of stay. All in all, I would recommend spending a little more for the much higher quality places close by.

Hotel is more suitable for local people. We stayed at Deluxe sea view room. Room is too big and very nice view in front of our room. But price is too cheap more than other’s hotels backside room rate.

value for money but not good at all”
value for money. But room key was not good and safe. So, whenever we go, we need to bring all of our important valuable things along with us. And also one of girl staffs from dining room, she acted like very rude that she is asking for the breakfast ticket again again like when we are taking some food and order for coffee/tea. We are customers and we want to get the service as we paid. But that girl is very rude and very very bad. I was really really angry for it. I won't choose that hotel again never ever and I wouldn't recommend. It's also far away from downtown area where we can get like present, some restaurants.

Rundown and badly managed hotel”
Everything at this hotel was old and not working properly. Doors were broken, hinges were rusty and broken. Shower head was broken. Bum wash had no place to hang, left it on the floor. Toilet bowl was dark brown with stain. Wash basin was not watertight, supporting steel frame was rusty. Air conditioner was not working properly because of low voltage. Fridge switch was not working. No electricity from 6 am to 6 pm. No queen or king size bed. Only 2 single-beds. Sheets were not clean, muddy colour. TV was not working, pictures were blurred. Our neighbours were very noisy, drinking beer and gambling at balcony very noisily. Breakfast was ok. Beach was about 100 metres away. Clean sea and clean beach.

One of the worst hotels”
It can not be called a resort. Its just like a bad guest house, which is located in nice place(frontbeach). Thats all. When I saw my room with my girlfriend, we both felt we made a mistake. I thought that a cheap guest house would be just better than this resort. Never stay.
