세탁기등이 있어 좋았으나 생각보다 위치가 별로”
세탁기 전자렌지 등이 있어 편리했으나 생각보다 위치가 별로였습니다. 택시타거나 그랩이용할때 그리고 시내로 갈때 5분에서 10분정도 걸어나와야 했습니다. 트윈타워 수리아klcc는 10분~15분정도 걸려서 걸어다닐만 했습니다. 수영장은 작았으나 kl타워 보이는 전망이 좋았습니다. 벌레가 좀 많이 있어 위생상태는 별로였습니다.

Near to Twin Tower, the zen staffs really friendly and so nice, the facilities good, the view from the room, awesome. Too bad I can only stay for few hours cause I have to catch a flight.. Next time, I'll stay longer. Very recommended! :)

Super central location. Walking distance to the towers. The place is spacious and very bright and comfortable. The check in and check out was managed perfectly and easily. Kitchen wasn't very well equipped. Missing tea towels, tea spoons, maybe a few more mugs and glasses. It'd be nice to have the essentials already there, sugar, salt, pepper. No TV channels. Only online access but very difficult to operate so I couldn't use any entertainment at all. Hand towels in the bathroom would be nice as well as shampoo.

It was good.”
We were 4 travelers (as a family) and had to check in early. But the hotel was not able to accommodate us for early check-in. But otherwise, everything else was good. It was clean, neat, very spacious, had good amenities, very close to the city center, and has security guard 24/7.

Value of money but no parking ”
Parking was the big issue of there, even thought next to condo have a parking space but quite expensive for me, the rate will calculate as 6am to 6pm Rm11, if you park at 5pm until next morning 6am they will charge you Rm11, but usually we won’t check out 6am, so next day after 6am you need to pay Rm11 again.. 😢😢 Room so Far ok, but the bed not comfy and only provide one pillow for per person .. Location very near klcc , 5mins walk can reach klcc . And out side of condo have few Malays stalls, no worries to get food.

Pro Nice view Very near to KLCC Cons Not a well kept hotel Toilet is smelly No bathroom curtain. So the water flooding the whole toilet floor Not easy to check in. I almost fighting with the security guard No concierge No lobby service No room number given No parking available Rooms not well kept or up to standard Broken equipment Very bad bad choice i made. I strongly will ask Agoda I NEED MY MONEY TO BE RETURNED.

Good location, lots of bugs”
Location is good, room is big and kitchen works. So many bugs. Cockrouts and ants. Because no reseption, need to always text if you want check in or out. That can take a lot of time. Nearly miss my flight because of this.

Terrible experience with this property, very unhelpful and ignorant operator. Did not update their contacts and did not bother follow ups. No refunds because of the hotel policies! A rip off !!

At first the staff gave us a room which is already occupied, when we go in there is another guest inside. How ridiculous is this ! When check out better call then whatsapp is not working been told the staff is coming but in the end waited for almost 30min. Tv is not working
