We stayed 4 nights. Lulu shopping complex is nearby. They have a buggy which can send you there. They also pick you up. The room boys are good, they do a good job with the cleaning. Breakfast is good but maybe just a little monotonous. But still the spread is good.

Location fantastic. The staff have the right approach at this place. 2 people I found to have this marvellous approach to hospitality were Praveen Kumar, Sous Chef, and Ravinder Singh Panwar, Executive Chef. They go out of their way to accomodate your needs. Executive Rooms very good. 1* North is a great snack bar/ pub on the first floor, next to the finest Kerala restaurant in town, also on the first floor. Overall, 5 star place to stay.

We stayed at Marriott's for 3 nights as we had our nephew's wedding there. This hotel truly lives up to its reputation. We had a very enjoyable and relaxed stay. It's proximity to Lulu Mall made shopping there so convenient and the buggy service to Lulu was an added bonus! Breakfast was excellent and service impeccable.

May 2019 stay at Marriott Lulu's Mall”
Excellent service standards from most staff. The place was buzzing with activity, esp. because Lulu's Mall is very busy. Two people in particular stood out for me: one was Ravinder Singh Panwar, the executive chef. the other was Praveen Kumar, the Sous chef. Both of them came to ask guests if there was anything else they could do for them. It sets the standard for hospitality in such hotels

Travel Desk can be more active and they can connect the guests to local rated travel agents . The taxi rates are exorbitant at travel desk and guest may feel fleeced . Otherwise, the Hotel is an excellent place to stay and dine

It was awesome when we stayed last week. My first impression was overwhelming with the good service by the front office personnel - Muthukumar. He made me feel so welcome and even when i checked out , he was so charming. In addition, the other person that made my stay ever so wonderful was Chindu (I hope i got the name right) at the Executive Lounge. Both of them made my stay so memorable. Other than that , the wholesome experience was so wonderful and it was due to the ever responsive staff. Keep up the good job and I will be definitely coming back again.

3rd time at Marriott LuLu's Mall Kochi. ”
Superb location, great food, nice rooms, and most of all, courteous, polite and helpful staff. The Mall nearby has quite a lot on offer, I bought 6 boxes of Diwali sweets for friends and family. They loved it! The hypermarket has loads of choice. Finally, the Sous Chef Praveen Kumar and the Head Chef Ravinder Singh took service to a new level with their regular visits to customer tables to make sure our dining experience was satisfactory. Will be staying nowhere else on any visit to this part of God's own country.

Very Comfortable stay”
It’s the people that makes the difference. Kochi Marriott was welcoming from the moment I stepped into the lobby! Ms. Portia at the front desk was very professional and explained everything in detail. She was very courteous and thoughtful in her responses to my questions. The staff in the restaurant located in the lobby was very helpful and of course, needless to say, the food was delicious. Room service was excellent as well and in particular, I appreciate the services of Mr. Amal who was very kind and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Gautam and his team of room cleaning staff were extremely courteous and flexible to my schedule. All I need to do was to inform the front desk and they took care of the rest!! I will be back, Kochi Marriott!! The only suggestion I have is it would be wonderful if the hotel can provide complimentary airport pick-up/drop-off service, especially at odd hours. Thank you Raman

Hotel is clean and very good ambience.security is great. Nandhini (Manager Opt) was very helpfull and very accommodating.very guest service oriented. Sijith & other bellboy was giving their best to help. F&B manager was very attentive to the guest need and pleasant to chat with him. Chef also very friendly. Find time to great most of the guest personally. Pleasant and great staying. Almost every year we came and stay here. In short, what ever you ask,as long as the hotel can give and help, they are giving theirs best to serve you. The only cons was weekend bfast was super crowded,specially when there is a function. Crazy busy and chaotic. Mostly the group was created it. Try to stay on weekend. More relaxing n lulu mall which only 2-3” walking will b less crowded

We had booked two rooms with King sized beds. They luckily gave us two, with an interlinking door. The view from the rooms was pretty. The staff took care of most needs. The restaurants offer great choices- the breakfast spread having several local options. The dinner buffet was also impressive. We were happy with the travel desk, though they are a tad expensive, but provide you great cars for sightseeing. The buggy link to Lulu Mall is useful, but we felt the mall itself is a bit overrated. The pool area is nice. Overall, a wonderful hotel for families.
