Excellent value for the money ”
Very good place for long stays, fast and stable internet, very clean, good pools to swim. Room is super comfortable: good view, silent aircon, all new and convenient, comfy bed. Beach is clean and good for swimming and safe for small children. We enjoyed the live band playing every evening on the beach, not banal, pleasant atmosphere. Many families with children. Staff are all smiling, kind and very friendly. Water park is good (more done for bigger kids).

This resort is fantastic choice for family as it has its own water theme park & it is located near Klong Pao beach. Don’t have to go to other beach as this beach is clean and beautiful. Breakfast is internalized buffet that has a wide variety of food. Be careful when playing on the huge spiral slides at the Paradise Water Themepark, as many got slightly injured. My daughter and husband strained their neck and back when going down the orange one.

Good hotel and good value”
I chose this hotel because I went there with my 2 kids who are 6 and 8 years old. When we were there, there were a few people on the weekend but almost no one on Monday. So the breakfast room was closed and we were allowed to have breakfast at the mother hotel accross the street. In both hotels the breakfast was good, but in the mother hotel there was more to choose from. The staff was always very nice and helpful. They even took us with the golf car from one hotel across the street to the other one. The kids loved it. We went to the water park, but the big slides are better for big kids or adults and during the day it is really hot there, there is no shade. But we also went to the beach at the other hotel and it was nice and clean with shadow. Overall we have had a great time and would always come again.

Koh Chang Paradise Hill is a very good hotel not far from the beach. It is located 100 meters from the sea, but you can use the territory and almost all the conveniences of the Koh Chang Paradise Resort hotel. Paradise Hill hotel has a huge swimming pool and green territory. The food on breakfast is very tasty and diverse, the rooms are large and have everything important, the staff is very friendly. Wi-Fi is free but the signal was very poor. In fact, this hotel is one of the best options on the island. The price is lower comparing to the hotels near the beach, the hotel is comfortable and calm in the evening, but you can enjoy one of the best beaches.

Near to beach and great service”
Cross the road and you can reach Khlong Prao beach, which is my favorite one on Koh Chang! It’s not noisy, and has beach bars with chill vibes! You can also ask front desk to rent a motorbike since there’s no rental shop nearby. The shop that front desk call will send the motorbike directly to the resort! It was so convenient for us! There are many nice restaurant in the same area, and of course you can find good massage shop there. I couldn’t find anything bad about this place. Definitely recommend!

Amazing waterpark ”
Modern hotel with waterpark next door. Some rooms had moldy smell, we had to pay more for a room that didn't. Adult slides in waterpark are all on the rough and wild side. Nice breakfast buffet.

Rooms are clean, very spacious, with a nice view (of the garden). Staff is nice and helpful. The advantage is the possibility of using the services of a nearby resort. The only small minus is the small variety of breakfasts. The hotel is worth recommending!

A modern hotel just across the road from its sister hotel, the Paradise resort. The rooms are huge and very comfortable and modern. Breakfast was superb. Staff were delightful and helpful. It’s a four minute walk Through the sister hotel to the best beach on the island. Soft sand, and nothing sharp underfoot. Deckchairs on the beach, and a very nice beach bar. The second time I have stayed there, and it won’t be the last.

Big spacious new and clean rooms with all necessary inside. Hotel is located in quite area, which didn't fully recover from covid closures and still not many places are open, but you still have several bars/cafe in the area and 2 stores. Employees are helpful and problem solving. Except one case and this was big minus for me. It's about breakfasts - they have coupons system (which is really weird one) e.g. you are staying 10 nights and they will give you 10 coupons at check-in, each coupon is filled in manually and it takes quite a lot of time. I was alone so not sure if 2 people are in the room then 20 coupons should be given? Or both quests should always be together in breakfast... This is still weird and time consuming at check-in, but generally ok. The issue was that I was shown those coupons, but employee didn't gave them to me. I saw them only at reception in his hands. So totally forgot about coupons until next morning came to the lunch. And was not allowed to enter without coupons, however breakfasts should be linked to room number. So I went back to my room, maybe I lost them somewhere, dig in all the possible pockets, hidden places. Coupons were not present, because I never touched them. So went to reception and helpful ladies found second parts of my coupons in their check book and did copies of those. But again not all were present. So I went several times to reception during my stay to get copies to get to the breakfast. Why employee at check-in didn't give them to me I don't know. Maybe he sold them someone and it's small business, or maybe he was expecting tips while showing the way to the room and planned to give those after but then just throw away. Guests during hurry check-in might forget about coupons, when several people run around you, taking your passport, asking to fill personal data and so on. But employee for sure aware of this breakfast system and knows that without coupons you won't get to the lunch. So just be aware at check-in to get

One of the best places for family trip”
I would say it is one of the best choices for the family trip if your kids are 3 and above (40+))) Water park are really fun, plus the beach entrance is free on any rocks or sharp objects.

Nice clean room. Spacious for family with 2 young children. Paid for a spare bed. Nice water park beside. Restaurant near beach is well priced but a lot of mosquitoes at night. Food is good. Variety of cocktails. Good to spend the evening.

Overall good experience, but...”
Everything was pretty good, just one thing almost ruined our vacation. Paradise Hill is one of the unfortunate hotels, where are neighbouring rooms connected with mutual door. So sometimes you must listen to heavy fights next door which seems like in your room. Terrible experience. Everything else was good otherwise.
