We had a great Stay at Koh Jum Resort . For us is this Island and Resort a Oasis for Relaxing and charge your Battery ... Our Sea View Room , was big the Bathroom too and clean . Very nice Sea View from the Balcony . Nice Bungalows and Garden at Koh Jum Resort . The small Pool , big enough for swimming . The small Bar , nice and a nice Sunset View . Breakfast was delicious . Lunch and Dinner also . All what we eat was a good Tasty . The Staff very Friendly and helpfully . Easy check in and out . Great pick up from the Ferry , with his Long tail Boat middle of the Sea . Amazing . The Waitress all very Friendly and speak a good English . You can really relax or snorkeling and Kayaking . Or walking on the Beach . We want say that Resort was for us the right Choice . We can recommend the Koh Jum Resort . And we want say thank you to all of the Staff you make our stay Excellent

We were met my Ta who immediately made us feel at home. The villa itself was amazing - four poster bed, outdoor shower, private pool on the beach. I was very impressed with the Eco-friendly commitment by the resort owners and attention to detail. Koh Jum itself is untouched paradise with friendly locals (and not-so-friendly monkeys). I hope it doesn't become over-run like the rest of the neighbouring Islands. Overall a great experience - I would love to return one day!

Had an amazing stay at Freedom Hut! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for an adventurous, fun getaway. The rooms are HUTS so if you are not OK with being in the wilderness I would not recommend staying here. Island is not very populated so if you are looking for a place with a lively night life Koh Jum is not the place for you. Stopped here for 2 nights while Island hopping and was extremely pleased. Explored Koh Jum by moped during the day. Absolutely stunning scenery. Koh Jum Freedom Hut bar & restaurant is something out of a dream. Island music, lights in the trees, and delicious margaritas and food. Would absolutely return.

A truly remarkable resort. From our very first sight of the lodge from the long boat coming in we knew this would be a special few days. We were only due to stay here 1 night as we thought it would be just another thai island, how wrong we were. We ended up there for 3 and would have been longer if not for our next hotel been booked. Everything thing from the traditional Thai style lodges to the white sand beaches and friendly staff were perfect. I’d recommend this 100% and stay for as long as possible because once you leave everything else will always be that little bit disappointing. 10/10

After 3 weeks of traveling around Thailand staying at jungle hill was a great way to relax and enjoy the amazing beaches of Koh Jum. To start prompt pickup off the ferry from Krabi and shuttle down to the resort via long tail. Even on the ride in I was impressed with the long stretch of beach that Jungle Hill was situated on as it was flat, with soft sand and not crowded at all. The bungalows were not luxurious by any means but well put together, sizable with a large bathroom and relatively comfortable bed. The restaurant overlooks the water which is a nice touch especially at night with the sun setting over the phi phi islands. The food is pretty good and decently priced for an island resort, even the local restaurants on the Main Street aren’t that much cheaper. Overall main attraction is the beach which is very nice as stated earlier and great for just relaxing and reading (the resort has a good selection of books to read too. So overall this is not a fancy place but worth the money

We loved our stay on Koh Jum and we owe it to Golden Pearl. Super friendly staff. Good food at good prices. Amazing view from restaurant with sunsets over Koh Phi Phi islands in the distance. We rented a motorbike and drove around the island, we didn't find any better spot than Golden Pearl (view or beach). The beach was practically empty and despite some rocks, was a great beach for swimming (water was very clear). Only negative was that our toilet facility smelled more than average, but it wasn't an issue as we spent minimal time in the room. After traveling in Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia, this is the only place we'd like to come back to. Highly recommend.

The staff were super friendly! The bungalows are spacious (not the cutest) with mosquito nets on all windows and a nice sea view with chairs outside to enjoy. No hot water - which was a bit too cold sometimes. Restaurant is lovely with lots of shaded space to relax and read on the beach. Great fruit shakes! Food was a bit hit-n-miss but generally good with reasonable prices. Phat thai + curries and were great. Good brakfast with v nice bread! Easy getting there from krabi town. Short walk to the town pier. Can pre book with ur hotel or turn up half an hour before to get a ticket. (B350-400)Then u get off at the second stop where a longtail boat from Sun Smile picks u up and takes u to the bungalows (dont wear shoes cause it arrives at the beach) Beach is a bit rocky and is best in the mornings (high tide, clear and still) It got a bit noisy at night with dogs crying for ages. Lighting is lacking ambience generally and missing some hammocks :) Overall its lovely place!!

We couldn't be treated better during our stay on Koh Jum. The owner family took such good care of us and our two small children, that we didn't want to leave and we could not imagine going back to Thailand one day without stopping by. The food moreover is simply delicious. Expect the very minimum in terms of facilities, but these are made in such way to make you reconnect quickly with the nature. If we could only recommend smth: install an internet connection and maintain only the seashore restaurant. This is a 10+ place!

+ very friendly family staff +Awesome restaurant, with very good food and big portions(bit pricy, but you get what you pay for) + clean and spacy bungalow, bit dark thou, but its not a problem + Nice garden and close to jungle, you like in it + Valerie can manage all you would like - beach is not so good, but its everywhere on Koh Jum(good only on high tide), so if you are beach goer, might be disapointed, if not, area is perfect for relax - sea view bungalow was not what we expected, i would call it garden view more - far away from other facilities on island, quite a long walk or extreeme road on motorbike

Truly at peace in this paradise! Lay in a hammock, have a delicious meal on a bamboo platform on the beach, swim in the sea, listen to the jungle, go kayaking or snorkeling with their complimentary equipment, walk on the beach, whatever your peaceful heart desires! The property is located on a quiet stretch of Koh Pu (the more rural northern half of Koh Jum), best access to Koh Jum town is probably by boat, as the roads in Koh Pu are more like rocky dirt trails with street signs. There are a few other adorable beach resorts within a short walk of Peace Paradise Resort, but the area is blissfully quiet. A troupe of monkeys lives in the forest beside the resort, super fun to watch and listen to- however don't bring any food into your room, they are not monkey proof and those little guys are sneaky 😉 The owner, Yai, is so sweet and helpful and the food is amazing and affordable. I can't wait to come back and spend another few days doing absolutely nothing!

The hillside bungalow we stayed in was excellent value and exceeded our expectations; decent sized bed with best mosquito net we have come across, the room was cleaned and fresh towels provided every day (amazing for a budget room), lovely surroundings, friendly staff, good restaurant. Would definitely recommend. In fact Koh Jum was our favourite island that we visited and we are already planning a return trip! For a great place to watch the sunset try the bar at Oonlee (the raised white building at the end of the beach) - great music and comfy chairs - or the small shack on Magic Beach.

The bungalows are placed very close to the beach and surrounded by trees. Bed is very comfortable and the mosquito networks perfectly. Most of the customers are families with children or babies who really enjoy the proximity of the beach. The place is a little bit isolated but has easy access with a motorbike. The bungalows have no hot water but it is not really needed. Big careful with the steps to access the house. The included in price"continental" breakfast is quite poor, a few slices of bread with an egg, but the Thai food of the menu is good. Information about transportation to and from Koh Jum was not reliable or directly wrong. In general, I will recommend this place, particularly for families who mainly want to have beach time in a "wikd" place.

Hard to call this place a resort, but comparable to most other places on this beach. location was amazing, at the far end of aosi, so nearly no people around. the room we booked was not available upon arrival, though we could see it was empty... the next day they moved us into it though. staff was friendly, food was nice, but a bit overpriced. if you look for basic accommodation on aosi, I would recommend it, though it seemed that booking on site was cheaper and took priority over agoda users

Resort is very well situated od longest beach of Koh Jum island. Personal is helping,well understanding your needs. There are bungalows of more types. I was living in bungalow with fan and it was enough, due to its position near beach, due to sea air flowing around. Whole resort does impression of modern and clean site. Bungalows are equipped so, it helps you for daily stay on the beach.I surely stay at this resort next time I visit Koh Jum island

I thoroughly enjoyed my two-week stay at the Season Bungalow. The location on the seaside is perfect however during low tide swimming in front of the bungalows was a bit tricky because of the rocky bottom of the sea. The staff was brilliant and for Mrs Pen in the reception nothing was too much to ensure the comfort of the customers. The restaurant staff was helpful and always smiling, lovely girls. The cleanliness of the bungalow was excellent and hot water shower was luxury on Koh Jum. One little tip: please ask the cleaners to check all faults in maintenance whilst cleaning e.g. burnt light bulbs or faulty power plugs, leaking taps or broken door hinges vs. Overall a very very enjoyable stay and I can recommend this bungalow.

Located at the rear of the Ban Ban restaurant, there are 3 new bungalows overlooking fields in a quiet & peaceful setting. The food is fantastic in Ban Ban, we ate Thais food for breakfast & dinner every evening during our stay. Freshly baked homemade cakes, cookies and pizzas are on offer too. A must stay when in Koh Jum. Only a short walk 10 mins from 2 beaches, other beaches are a further 20-30 min walk or tuk tuk ride away. Super friendly hosts, you won't regret staying here. You start to feel like part of the family & village life.

Pros: a/c, clean room, tv but no english channels, scooter bike rentals, you can pay using credit card or cash, they can exchange money, they have a restaurant on site with good pad thai noodles, near the beach, quiet and peaceful place, they pick you up and drop you off at the pier where you arrive and depart and we had a nice corner room. Cons: Their exchange rates are to benefit them so better to bring all the money you need before coming to Koh Jum, they charge 6% fee for using credit card on top of their exchange rate, the rates are to benefit them just remember that, very COLD shower, mosquito galore outside especially at night which can be expected in Thailand, they don't clean your room or replenish your toilet paper unless you ask and we stayed a week, the worst part was that everyday they would enter our room at some point while we were out riding our scooters and shut our a/c off but DID NOT clean our room until finally we left a note that if they were going to come in our room just to shut our a/c off then they should also clean our room and replenish toilet paper. They should install a key card if they don't want the a/c running. Mind you we weren't gone for long but talk about no sense of privacy if they're coming into the room to just shut off the a/c but not to clean it. This happened quite a bit as we were in and out of our room throughout the day everyday that's when we decided to finally leave a note. However we very much enjoyed this little island.

Koh Pu Villa has the most amazing staff we've ever met. They really did everything to make us feel as home. The villa itselve is a really nice and very nice with the private pool. The thing is though that Koh Pu Villa is located far away from everything, which means that you can only get around by scooter. This was a problem for us traveling with a baby. We would recommend this place for couples, as the island is beautiful and very quite, and for 300 baht/day you can rent a scooter and go around the island to the beaches (nearest beach is 2km away) and to the city in Koh Jum. Lovely quite place if you really want to relax
