Great Bungalows”
Great bungalows on the beach, with great service and good food. Nice and relaxing stay. Very beautiful bungalows that offer everything that you need. Little improvement could be little bit more softer beds. And I also wish residents of Koh Mook island and any island in Thailand should care more about the trash. The trash is literally on every beach and inside the island and it is such beautiful island. It is very said to be destroyed by not tourists but locals. I literally picked up whole bag of trash. In my 3 night stay.

Super! Amazing! Peaceful ”
This is one of the best resort I’ve ever stayed. I was there for 2 nights with my family. We loved the peacefulness, no party, no loud music like other beach resort in Thailand. The beach was very clean and clear water. The food in the restaurant were very delicious. Moreover, staffs were super friendly! Totally, amazed and loved the hospitality in the hotel.

We booked a beachfront family villa for three nights. While there, we visited Charlie Beach, Koh Kradan and Emerald cave. Staff were friendly. Everything there was perfect except for a swimming pool. No guard and a bit dirty.

Great resort! The staff were very friendly and helpful, The room is nice and clean, the beach and the facilities was great. The only thing that could be better is the restaurant (sometimes the service was slow and not very organized). Besides that we highly recommend this resort and definitely will be back someday!

Our room was beachfront. The beach is stunning. Crystal clear water white sandy beach. I don't know how to describe it in words. I regret that we only spent 1 night there. Definitely we'll go again. Staff was sooo friendly and helpful. 👍👍👍

Superior Beachfront Bungalow”
We wished we had booked for 3 nights or more instead of 2! We fell in love with the whole island, from the resort, location, staff, and the locals. We did not get to use all facilities as we took the whole day snorkeling/island hopping. Only and briefly got to use 1 of 2 pools. Breakfast varieties were excellent and tasty. Staff, from front desk/receptions all the way down to housekeepers were nice, friendly, and fun to talk to. They all seemed to be happy working there and the whole 2,000 of the island population were related to one another as a giant family one way or another. We took time to visit local school and pre-school to hand out chocolate candies and it was fun.

Lovely stay”
We had lovely stay. We ‘re travelled in group 2+2. Villas in second row have great view. The hotel is large so if you have villa not in the center you might to walk much but always you can ask for golf car to pick you up. Clean beach(we didn’t see any glass). There are a few dogs but really calm peaceful and healthy looking so you don’t need to be afraid about this. Staff was absolutely amazing- they made our stay exceptional. Nice warm pools. We will be back!

The hotel was perfect, the location was perfect, nice place to stay! people are so nice everywhere in the island of Koh Mook and very helpful. But the killer here are the sand flies ! We have been beaten so much from them. Painful and itchy, doesn’t go away even after few days. It’s horrible. I wouldn’t stat there again because of the sand flies.

Absolute best hotel on Koh Mook island”
If you are going to Koh Mook island, location-wise it's the best place to stay as it's surrounded by Andaman Sea. The attention to details on a tropical island by their staff is unparalleled. Finally, the onsite restaurant serves quite hearty buffet breakfast and even their lunch/dinner prices are quite moderate. We had a great time for almost a week there.

First of all, our stay was in the rainy (low) season so few visitors and some of the tours offered and facilities available were not. This actually was perfect and forced us to actually relax and enjoy the beach rather than constantly taking excursions and being exhausted. We booked our ride to the resort for 6 people and 3 large suitcases upon arrival at Trang Airport. It involved a van ride to the Hat Yao pier and then a transfer to a long tail boat, which dropped us off right at the resort's "port." A golf cart brought us to the check-in/registration area, which was a large open-air area with several places to sit and relax. We were quickly greeted with cold and refreshing pineapple juice by Thavorn (Tammy), the manager, and Rattanaporn (Ma) and allowed to check in early at about 11:45AM. So many thanks to Thavorn for sorting out my last second requests for upgrades for side-by-side Family Beachfront Villas at check-in and the confusing requests via Agoda.com's chat. It took a lot of research and recalculating rates on her part but we got it ironed out (some of it I had prepaid and had forgotten since we booked weeks ago and i just wanted to jump in the Andaman sea!). After a quick dip in the sea and the two pools onsite, we had lunch brought over by room service. Although a small selection of Thai and Western foods, the Thai tasted authentic. We found out later there are many other options if you wander outside the resort either though the front gates (and through a primary/secondry school) to the downtown area or by walking west on the southern beach. Walking on the northern beach goes to a long pier that the long-tailed boats seem to drop folks off and can also handle the tricycles if you dont want to walk. Again, with low season, many places were closed but the ones open were very good! Breakfasts we were greeted every morning by Havaa and Minh, who brought our combo American (bacon, eggs, hot dogs, ham, pineapple and watermelon, salad and 2 pices of toast an

Simply the best location on the island. We were right on the sand, just steps from the waves, and it couldn't have been much better. The sand flies were a problem, but I suspect this is true all over the island. If you're going here, contact the resort ahead of time to ask about lotions or creams you can take for the sand flies. The locals certainly have good advice on these things. Aside from this, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a quiet, peaceful, beautiful resort experience on the beach. Be sure to head out onto the wet sand during low tide to check out the crabs and other sealife...a great experience.

Impressed”
First time staying in Koh Mook, very beautiful especially Sivalai. Impressed with the beachfront room, clean and beautiful. The atmosphere inside the hotel is natural and peaceful, suitable for those who want to experience nature. Our big family stayed in ten rooms, but we came during the monsoon season, so there was a lot of rain. The breakfast was considered limited and the water pressure in the bathroom was weak. Overall, it is a hotel that we would like to come back to if we have the chance.
