"We have got a unique nature experience at Nang Yuan resort. The surrounding bays offer great opportunity to watch the marine life, esp the Japanese Garden - accessible to all levels of snorkelers. Staying overnight you can really enjoy the tranquility of the place, when day trippers have left the island. We stayed 4 nights with 4 people and found room standard is adequate and cleanliness is reasonable. Good bed and linen are provided. It has competent diving operator. We found however, the food is overpriced. Understandable that the cost of food is high because of transportation from the main island. But still quality and service do not match the price level. Most effort is devoted to service lunch buffet for day trippers. There is however positive prospect that the new resort manager (Mr Nawee) is receptive for positive criticism. He made up for our dissatisfaction with the restaurant's food by giving us a treat. With improved management will make this resort well worth staying."
