Perfect Getaway”
Our group of four visited Koh Ngai Resort for 3 nights after Christmas. Yes, it is an older resort but it is well maintained. It is perfectly located on its own private beach which has good snorkeling. You can walk to the other beach but the path can be challenging - so much easier to pay 50 THB per person to be taken by longtail boat. The free snorkels and the use of a kayak for 2 hours a day is a bonus. It's also a plus to have the proximity of the pier. You are able to just walk to the resort on your arrival. We found the prices to be reasonable considering it's an island. Food was good but tended to be a little bland although when asked to add more spices the staff was very accommodating. We found all the staff was friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Siwaporn who exceeded our expectations in regards to our accommodation! We all were sad to leave the peacefulness and beauty of Koh Ngai.

Amazingly beautiful and calm. Staff were fantastic ”
This place was more than I could have imagined. When the tides up, it is cut off from other places, but everything you need is there. WiFi can be weak at times, but the beauty of the location, sound of the ocean. Light. Colours. Amazing staff and food. Rooms clean and large. I would not hesitate to send anyone to this peaceful place. Super snorkeling and ocean life for those who want it

Resort to ourselves”
Was very quiet as due to it being the off season plus covid. The free kayak and snorkeling gear was fab, staff were very helpful. Thai food from the restaurant was great, is bit more expensive than other areas of Thailand. Is a challenging sort of walk (only 10 mins but you wouldn't want to do it in the dark or if you aren't that mobile) to get to the main beach where all the other resorts and a couple cafes are so it can feel a little cut off in the evenings. Private beach is lovely and had own pier too!

Wonderful hotel ”
Love this great clean hotel. Good food, snorkling and rooms. We got an amazing view from our room, overlooking the ocean. The stuff is lovely and helpful. Only less good is that it is a bit difficult to walk to the other main beach, especially in the evenings. A better track between would be good. I have stayed at the hotel many times and I will come back!

Staffs are all so kind and friendly.

Great place! By far the best snorkelling that we experienced amongs other organised trips. ”
Piece of heaven. Easily reched from Koh Lanta. Good food and semi alive coral directly in front of the hotel. The room could use some renewal, but who cares we were outside most of the time. Very clean!

Nice stay”
It's big resort located near the pier. You could do snorkelling just off shore, resort rents snorkels, kayaks, life vests and beach chair free of charge. Coral is nice but not best. You will be able to spot hornbills and monitor lizard on the venue which is super nice. It's not new place but still in good condition, worth the price. Breakfast is buffet and lunch/dinner was tasty but a bit pricy - but hey, it's not local restaurant but resort on the island where noone lives

Great views ”
It's a great place to enjoy life. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The reef was beautiful, the beach as well. The restaurant prices were well above average but the food was ok.

If you are looking for quiet place to snorkel and relax, look no farther. Food is good.”
If you want nightlife and hustle and bustle an much to do, don’t go to Koh Ngai. Went there 27 years ago and then this past week. Much had changed but a lot was still the same. Restaurant had good Thai and foreign cuisine.

Plenty of shade”
The room had air conditioning which was a big plus. There was plenty of shade and sun loungers which made it very pleasant. The breakfasts were adequate but lacked variety, however the food for lunch and dinner was lovely which was just as well as you could not travel outside the hotel in the dark as the path would be too dangerous in the dark.

Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości ”

Excellent”
Some rooms seemed great, ours was in an older block and could use updating. Generally very clean, but staff never swept. Great beach, ok restaurant. Loved that we could borrow (free) kyaks and snorkeling equipment. To bad it's not really possible to get to the main beach for dinner, but we definitely preferred the quiet and clean sand off the hotel's beach. Best massage I had in Thailand! Wifi is awful. Breakfast buffet is substantial, some food quite good, some meh .

Awesome!”
Beside the awesome location (its like a private cove/beach all to yourself) the staff really made me want to come back here. They were flexible and when one of our friends couldn't make it anymore they refunded the money even though they didn't have to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The rooms don't justify the price, only the beautiful island”
I stayed in a 'fan room' which I wouldn't recommend to do in summer season — unless you're used to sleeping at over 28°C. The roof heats up so much during daytime that it's hotter inside than outside at night. Compared to Koh Lanta, you could get a similar room for a third of the price. BUT: you get an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet and also snorkeling gear and Kayaks for free. The staff was friendly and quite attentive. The resort has the only pier on the island, so when you come by speedboat you're directly there. If you'd like to explore the main beach, though, you'd have to wait for low tide.

The price is very reasonable but the room is out of date.. it needs renovatIon. The food is good.”
The location is very good, the room is clean but no Long Beach to walk. If you r looking for saving cost, this should be fine.

House Reef were Nice.”
Stayed in the fan room which was old but decent. Hotel was affordable w/ small swimming pool but with very little breakfast options. However, the good things were the house reef which you can check that out daily during high tides since they were pretty shallow. Good to stay for couple nights.

One of the best locations on the island. Beautiful and private beach!”
THE place to be in Ko Ngai. Not because the rooms (basic but enough), but for the beach and the value for price relation. They give you sonrkel equipment for free. Breakfast quite good.

Would stay again but not too long”
Good beach, free masks and fins, free kayaks, very basic breakfast, directly at the pier but pier was not annoying when lying on the beach
