"The photos of this property are aspirational. The building is still under construction, and the pool is not yet ready. The staff told me it would be complete in 2020. We were wondering why we stayed on the 25th floor, and eventually I realized that it was probably to be far away from the construction noise at the bottom of the building, which is all day. In fact, only one of the elevators is completed and the other 3 are useable, just not very nice on the inside. It's also very dusty outside because of the construction. The location is not optimal, but there are always tuktuks waiting outside to take you anywhere you'd like in the city. We did find a cockroach and some ants in the room, but otherwise it was very clean. The staff were great and very helpful when we needed, but I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are looking for an oasis. Oh, and as a correction to the ad: we did have free wifi. Just no pool yet, even though 3 of the 7 promotional shots of the hotel are of a pool."

"This hotel is away from the congested and noisy part of Phnom Penh's Riverside Restaurant/Bar area. On the upside the modern 4 story Aeon Mall is just a 3 minute motorbike ride from the hotel. Across the street from the hotel is a vain of water that runs into the Mekong River; after dark about 9 little shakes open up and serve food. Hundreds of Khmer people ride motor bikes to eat her. The music is playing, if your room faces the vain of this river it the music could keep you up till mid-night. My room was spacious but without a dress or night stand. There was no place to put your personal items out of view of staff. Seems all of the Phnom Penh moderan hotel have done away with providing furniture such as a simple dresser to place underwear, T-Shirts and socks. My bathroom had a bad shower head During my first shower the entire bathroom got soaked. The hotel staff sent a repairman who put a new shower head on withing an hour. I next discovered this hotel does not believe in 'Shower Curtains" so even with a working shower head the floor gets soaked with each cleaning of my body. Most all the staff was great-each of my requests for accommodations were provided with a positive response and smile, from the General Manager to the cleaning staff. This was a positive experience and I would return."

"I spent comfortable vacation in this hotel. Beautiful clerks were very kind and they spoke English clearly. My room was on 5th floor. There is sky-bar(or sky-lounge. whatever) 6th floor. Mostly quiet, but I could feel bass beat of music at odd times. I`m very sensitive, but I was OK. The location is not convenience. This hotel is far from tourist attractions. I have my own motorbike, so it doesn`t matter. But I think that tourists must call Tuk-Tuk, or Motodop every time. And I couldn`t find any convenience store around 500m of this hotel. There are some restaurants, massage shop, and some stores. But no convenience store, no gas station near the hotel. Surely, AEON mall is very close. 5-7 minutes by motorbike. So, if you guys have motorbike or other transportation, it is not too bad. Anyway, I was very satisfied with this hotel."
