Chilled. Relax. Great food. Super friendly staffs.”
Love the place! The Thai style room is spacious with great seaview (though a bit old.) Food is delicious & plenty. Super friendly staffs. Beach is white, soft & clean. The free beach activities include SUP & Kayak which you could paddle to the end of the island to see the sand bank in the morning. Will definitely come back.

Fantastic and unforgettable ”
We highly enjoyed our stay on Koh Talu. We had swum in pristine sea waters, sailed with the catamaran, had great meals, and enjoyed amazing sunsets. We will be back.

Too expensive”
Good: Location, Food Bad: The "family house" we stayed in was not clean at all. It didn't look like anything you expect for the price. Verdict: we had a fun time but the price isn't in line with the accomodation at all.

Great island stay”
We stayed at Koh Talu Island Restort for two nights. This was a just long enough time to get to do everything we wanted. We went snorkeling, watched the Turtles, lied on the beach, went sea-kayaking and watched the sunset… You could also get massage, go on hikes and fishing trips. One thing we reacted to was the trash that landed on the beach, not the one for the tourists, but "the other one". The resort is very clear about wanting to protect sea life, they rescue turtles and regrow coral, but there was quite a lot of plastic bottles etc. that should not have been there. It might not be very obvious to the tourists, but I hope that this is something the resort can do something about in the future, this would make the resort more beautiful and help sea life!

Nice beach full-board resort”
There was only 1 hotel on Koh Talu which was Koh Talu Island Resort so the island belonged to you during your stay. The food was good and plenty but there were lots of flies. Eating with flies wasn't a good experience. They staff couldn't do much to solve this problem. They told me they couldn't manage to get rid of the flies. The room was spacious but the decor was so basic. There were several things need to be repaired such as the stone walk path, the stair rail, the tap, etc. However, the beaches were so beautiful and the activities included in the price of the room were great. We enjoyed the trekking, the snorkelling and the squid fishing very much. The staff was so attentive.

A remote and quiet place to relax~ ”
We traveled 3 hrs from Bangkok to Huahin and stay one night before joining the shuttle van which depart from Huahin at 6:30am, it takes 3 hrs to get to the island resort from Huahin, which was quite far actually. However, the environment and activities on the island was good~ Trekking, squid fishing, snorkeling, kayaking are all for free. We love the hawsbill nursery but the staff there don't know English and was not very nice indeed. Meals were nice and good. The chalet was a bit old but facilities were still acceptable. There were no electricity twice a day on the island (0900-1100; 1500-1700) but normally guests were joining activities on the island during those period. We were there during the low season with less than 10 guests staying on the whole island, so we enjoyed a quiet 3D2N vacation there~

Der guest: Do not sit on your terrasse in the evening! GO TO THE BEACH BAR! listen to the nice couple signing old songs in their way. You will love the People. LOOK AT THE WEATHER BEFORE YOU GO. FOR SNORKELING BEST WITH WIND UNDER 5 SEK/M. HIGHLY RECOMENDED PLACE.

Patty was incredible and made our stay seem like a four seasons. The island is beautiful and everything is included in the price. The reef is stunning and so many fishes to see right off the beach.

very relaxing long weekend”
This is a very secluded resort, being the only installation on a small island. So it is for relaxing and enjoying the ocean. It had been advertised as "breakfast included", but it is in fact "all inclusive", just out of necessity, as there is nothing else on that island. The rooms are cute, Thai style, but a little bit worn out. Unfortunately the entire resort is like this. It has potential for being a paradise, if they would take better care of it. For example, they have 3 HobbyCats for sailing, but none of them is in operational condition, and obviously for a long time already. The food is good and plenty and the local staff is very friendly. We plan to go back there.

Nice little island”
The island is very small with only one resort. Dining options are very limited therefore. The resort standard is very relaxed but it wouldn't hurt to bring up the quality.

Quiet island during the low season”
Great Thai dinners, typical blah Thai style breakfast, rustic but even thy accommodations on or near to the sand. Decent amount of things to do and a very accommodating staff. Only 15 minutes boat ride from the mainland. Good for a couple, better for a family.

family fun”
My two teenage kids and I stayed there for 2 nights and we had a great time. The bungalow was right on the beach and less than a hundred meters into the sea we could see the corals and fishes. The food (buffet) was abundant and delicious. The staff were very very friendly, helpful and funny!
