Clean and good location”
The room is big and clean. The hotel manager Nancy who is very lovely and nice, always try her best to satisfy our needs. We are grateful to have her service in Koh Tao. The hotel restaurant, seaside restaurant is wonderful as well. You may see super beautiful sunset there. The food and drinks are good as well. We spent four nights in hotel, the owner offer a free breakfast for us. The breakfast is perfect. Fresh, yummy, satisfied. We highly recommend this hotel to all visitors in Koh Tao.

Very nice place, koh Tao is fantastic island and i would recommend Koh Tao Heritage as a place to stay. Our bedroom was clean, daily bottle of water, coffee, air con working well, view on the see, swimming pool, loans of scuba, possible to rent scooter, near by sairee beach. Great stay !

We love Nancy!!”
It was a pity that I had a day. My mind is still there... ... It is the last night of Kohtao, So we just have chosen a place close to the pier... ...which is better than expected, clean and kind, the beach and the center are all close... I didn't want to leave. See you again, Nancy.

Exceptional”
I really recommend Koh Tao Heritage. The room is big and with all the confort, the view from the terrace is amazing but most of all the staff is lovely. Nancy is the best, she will help you with everything always with a big beautiful smile ❤

Hidden Gem!”
This was our second time to Koh Tao, and we had our 7 year old daughter with us. We arrived with the most warm welcome by Tracy! From then on it only got better. The rooms are stunning, the staff is on top of water, coffee, tea, etc. It is close to Sairee beach and a walking road with many other shops and restaurants. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

New, modern and spacious room”
- very nice and helpful staff on the reception - very new, modern and spacious rooms with everything you need - good location, 10 mins walk from the pier and 3 mins to Sairaee beach, close to all the bars and restaurants, but quite on the night - ferry tickets can be booked on the reception - booked a room with fan which is absolutely not strong enough for a Thailand heat, therefore payed 200bath extra for an upgrade to use air conditioning

staff super friendly, couldn't do enough, room nice and big with plenty of room, good location but we did walk past it and had to get it up on maps but that was our fault. only down side is this place doesn't have a pool but the beach is 2 minute walk away! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Happy Accident”
We had to cancel our booking at a different hotel very last minute, and just happened to fine Koh Tao Heritage while looking online. The staff was super helpful, gave us a great rate and plenty of suggestions for Koh Tao. The laundry fee is super reasonable, and the room was clean and very nice. All in all, we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall a great stay”
We had some difficulty finding the hotel phone number but when we called they picked us up from the pier and let us in the room before standard check-in time. Nancy the reception was a kind and lovely lady. The room was spacious and had everything we need. Located in a nice location not far from restaurants and quiet enough to have a good night sleep. Towels were a bit old.

The room was excellent, a nice new building with views of the mountain. Nancy the manager was amazing and very helpful. Great location, tucked away from the main strip but close enough to walk everywhere around Sairee Beach. Only downside - the WiFi was awful, kept losing connection and weak signal in the room

Very disappointing and too expensive for what it is”
We booked 2 nights out of our 5 nights in this hotel and it was, by far, the most disappointing place we stayed (for the same budget). The garden view is a joke (a few plants at best) and the mini-balcony is so infested with mosquitoes that it is unusable. Worse , it makes it difficult to enter the room. We booked a triple room with a “children sleep for free”. At first the manager wanted us to pay for an additional bed. After we insisted she accepted to put a mattress on the floor. Actually I have checked and the quadrupled room (that were unoccupied) were the same price we paid!! We found so so much better after, better location, view on sea, hudge room for 200 Bath more for the rest of our stay. I would not recommend this place. It really does not worth the money, overpriced!!!

Rooms are clean, modern, well furnished but air conditionning is an extra ans the pool is far, very small, not completly clean and shared with an another resort.

Waste of money”
This place is too expensive for what you get! Ants, bugs, worms everywhere (including the shower), they even got into our personal bags. The staff is completely not helpful. When we complained about bugs they blamed us and did nothing. They were so rude especially once they realized we weren't happy with the place. Do not come here if you're looking for a relaxing time in koh tao. It's a waste of money and time.
