        I had 2 days accommodation for Visa interview.I feel very homely ,safe and comfortable here in this hotel... Hotel staff, people working at reception...and important all staff at restaurant was very very good. They are coming and asking with smile... Like mam you need anything.. And even offered some dishes which are not in menu also... ..you will get excellent service and food here. Amol, jigar.. And sorry I forget others name.. all are giving very good service.i will highly recommended this hotel.

        Perfect end to a long trip”

        After 17 days travelling around India and getting a little tired of it all, we ended up spent a lot of time at the hotel. It had everything; close to a mall, clean comfortable room and good service. We had the Elite package which included limited washing, airport transfer, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend to others for sure

        Best Hotel in Mumbai”

        It is very near to Phoenix mall (around 800 meters). They serve complete meals which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea in the evening with some snacks. Very good rooms including a couch, table and chairs to do business work. Food is delicious and the rooms are spacious too with all the facilities.

        Hidden Gem in Mumbai”

        I stayed here at the hotel with my Mother as she had to visit US Embassy and our stay was just wonderful. The Hotel has large clean rooms and amazing customer service. It is probable only hotel which offer all inclusive meal package with the room. I would definitely stay here again.

        Rooms are good. They provided us all meals (breakfast, lunch , evening tea and dinner) which was very good . Staff is good . Very good place to stay. Only bad thing was we have to wait 2 hours to get our room . they have very late check-in that's 2 PM

        It was indeed a great experience to stay in Kohinoor Elite. The staff was always helpful and ready to go beyond their duty... the security, the receptionist the managers, the lady sweeper ... everybody, . Lunch and dinner was having a lot variety and good taste. The kitchen staff was also polite and helpful. My mother was having paralysis. Everybody helped to make her stay pleasant. Just a couple of suggestions ... Though you may not be getting such handicapped customers regularly, it will be good if you make some arrangements for them. Secondly, I felt the lights could have been better in the room. Anyway, I will definitely like to stay here again, if the need arises.
