Missing luxury goods in the hotel room”
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights (29/3/2023 - 2/4/2023) hence we opted to have housekeeping to clean up our room everyday and until the 1/4/2023 we started to do packing for our departure and realised that our shopping bags actually gone missing from the room (one of the goods in the paper bag together with the receipt is kept in the paper bag)!!! We were then reached out to the receptionist immediately since it’s quite late on 1/4/2023 and we were to check out by 4am to catch the first train to the airport BUT NOTHING at all we been receiving from the hotel since then even tho a promise of investigation will be carried on as they reckon when guest check into the room, nothing of guest stuffs will be touched or removed in general. Unfortunately we heard nothing till now. This is what we got by believing such a good rating hotel.

A really good pitstop if you want somewhere not in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo as nearest metro station Hamacho is literally a minute walk away from hotel - about 20mins from Ginza and Shinjuku. Business district, so local eateries and restaurants in the area are open Mon-Fri only FYI - so eat while you're out during weekends. The front desk staff are happy to help, some limited on English so come prepared. Cleaning staff are exemplary- my room was maintained everyday with free bottles of water available in room, rooms are on the larger side compared to other offerings in the city. Great little find and I'll likely return when I'm back in Tokyo.

Room was nice! Location is so near to Hamacho station (2-3 mins walk) and Ningyocho station (7 mins walk). Good thing is you don’t have to carry luggage up and down the stairs. There’s nearest lift everywhere and are not packed, unlike other popular locations. Had a great stay 👍🏻

It’s was located near 人形町 Ningyocho , if you want a quite and peaceful accommodation then you may consider this location as hamacho station is just at your doorstep. The nearby eateries and restaurants were able to satisfied your stomach

They clean your room everyday without having to tell them which is nice. The hotel is also near a train station. However there are not many restaurants and convenient stores nearby.
