The location of the hotel was ideal for our itinerary - giving us easy access to Tsukiji Outer Market and the trains going to nearby tourist spots. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided - it was an ease to check in and out of the hotel, the pantry of amenities for the room were always well stocked, and the public restroom in the lobby was always kept clean. We are very happy with the room we got - we didn't expect it to be as spacious as it was. Housekeeping always made sure to clean the room when we asked. When we come back to Tsukiji, will definitely be staying here again!

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. It's very clean and it has a good location. There are convenience stores nearby, restaurants and a massage parlor. It's also a walking distance to Ginza for shopping. Tsukiji train station is walking distance and there are bus stops nearby.The staff are very kind and helpful. I would definitely come back and stay here at Koko hotel.

Tokyo was our first international trip since the pandemic. We wanted a hotel that was close enough to Tsukiji Market and the train stations, but not in an area that was crowded. We were very happy with our choice to stay in Koko Hotel Tsukiji Ginza! The location was perfect. Our rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. But most of all, check-in and check-out were very efficient and hassle-free.

It is a very clean and organized hotel. It is a nice and quiet area. Not close to subway station, but steps away from bus station, so if you can get information about the nearest bus stop, you can get to major stations or other interesting sightseeing spots. Rooms are immaculately clean, but small, as is the case everywhere in Tokyo. Beds, toilets, and showers are very comfortable. A good and relaxing place to stay for business and sightseeing.

Surrounding streets a bit quiet at night for solo travellers, however pretty good at daytime as there is a bus stop and train station approximately 5 minutes walk away. Amenities can be collected nearby the front counter. Room & bathroom is clean and movable.

It’s just a walking distance from Tsukiji Station and you can see convenient stores everywhere. The staffs were so friendly and they always clean your room everyday and change linens and bath towels. This hotel is very accessible, convenient and reliable.

Very clean and quiet”
Rooms are well-sized for Japanese hotels. I liked that it was quiet: my room was close to the lifts and I didn't hear much noise from inside my room. Area is great, metros 500m away and easy to get anywhere in Tokyo central. Would stay here again.

This was our second time staying for an affordable night in Tokyo. Clean, modern, compact and comfortable. Close to temple, shrine, fish market, and metro. Staff is accommodating and we will stay again. Excellent value.

I would recommend this hotel. Even though their machine has malfunctioned during the holiday season, they still tried their best to accomodate their customers as fast as they could. The room is pleasant and clean. Would definitely go back here soon.
