The room for 3 pax is at 2nd and 3rd floor. If you are to carry heavy luggage when going home, please consider this because it's 3 flight of stairs. No elevators. All basic amenities are there--even washing machine is available. Heater is fine. You may need to ask additional utensils. For its location, it's somewhat far from Tokyo. Nearest station is Higashi-Jujo--about 7-minute walk. Connecting station to Yamanote Line is at Tabata station. There is a near supermarket, restaurants, drugstore and convenience store when alight the station. Good value for 3 persons traveling.
