숙소 깔끔하고 직원들 친절해서 너무 좋았구요 디럭스 씨뷰 룸 너무 좋아요 ! 인피니티 풀도 정말 좋았어요. 침대랑 배게가 너무 편해서 숙면 했습니다 ㅎㅎ It was really nice to stay at the delux sea view, the room is clean and has a good sea view. the bed and pillow was so nice, we can have a well sleep! the infinite pool was nice too!

First and definitely will return to Sabah and stay at Marriot for water activities. The environment was pleasant and staff are friendly-From front counter, room-keepers and F&B staffs. The rooms and hotel are well maintained. The beds were firm n really makes u feel at home full of rest when u sleep. I enjoyed the sea and pool view from my room. The location was considered great, near to shops:just name it, seafoodplace-Macd-PizzaHut-KFC-hawkerctrs-PasatMalamSinsuran market(souvenirs), reflex&massage places. To visit malls like imago mall, suria mall if you dont drive you can just grab took abt 15mins drive. Also quite near to Places of interests: Sabah State Muzium, Mari-mari cultural Village, Signal oBservatory(presently closed), floating mosque and many more The food during breakfast was good. Breakfast was a spread and fantastic. Staff were friendly n helpful. Last but not least, need improvement on the carpark lightings, but parking was easy. check in and check out were professionally handled and smooth. Would definitely stay here again. Soonest!! Exceptional”
Location one of the best. Room was clean and excellent, double bed easily sleeps 4. Staff so helpful. James the manager manning the breakfast tables was so nice and provided great hospitality. Food was a healthy spread though has room for improvement on variety. Gym maybe needs a bigger place, equipments are too close. Pool is fantastic. The mall next to the hotel is quite dead, hopefully will pick up post covid.

I dont usually splurge on expensive hotels when I travel. I prefer spending my money on food and as long as the hotel is clean, good location and friendly helpful staff, im fine. But since Im travelling within the country, I thought why not try once? And it was absolutely worth the money. Marriott kk is at the very central and close to malls and restaurants. I honestly could just stay in bed all day and still have a good holiday. The hotel was super comfortable and the toulet concept was really nice. Would definitely recommend staying here if u want to have a comfortable stay

I’ve specifically requested for early check in as my flight was really early in the morning and the hotel staff accommodated it. Overall very satisfied with my stay. My kids enjoyed it too. Hotel room seemed new and cleanliness was top notch. Room service and housekeeping were excellent too. Facilities also were really good. Breakfast spread were good as well. The only con I could think of is that if your room faces the city view, be prepared to be awakened by noise disturbance by the mat rempit middle of the night. We were pretty disturbed by those annoying sound.

Hotel room is clean, the bed is so comfort and wake up to breathtaking view. The bathroom door more suitable for couple than family as my kid keep open my bathrooms door when i shower., but the bathroom is clean and nice.

Beautiful hotel! My family and I had such wonderful times staying at your hotel. A shout out to Viola who took the time to reply to my email when I requested for late check in due to my flight being delayed. Even then, the hotel management still provided us with a wonderful room at the highest floor with a balcony and most breathtaking view. Definitely coming back! Thank you!

Location is very good, away from crowded place but still you can reach all the attractions easily. Parking is easy, Room is very comfortable, clean and spacious. Check in with Mr Kai, he is very helpful, attend to our request. Food in The Kitchen is very delicious, portion is just nice. Service staff are very polite and efficient. We enjoyed the sunset and cocktails in the stylo, staff are good, service is fast. The view is fantastic, It is much better to view here than by the beach, free from beach bugs.

I can say this is one of the best stay by far. Hotel very clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Hotel buffet breakfast so good and have plenty choices to choose. The location is very strategic for those who like to walk around Kota Kinabalu. Pasar Filipin and Seafood Market just walking distances from the hotel. Very convenient.

Great View”
I love waking up to the wonderful view overlooking the sea. All facilities are available, staff are helpful and friendly, the process of checking in and out are also a breeze. breakfast selections however, is good, but the taste can be improved. Most food I tried (fried bihun & rice especially) is bland. But I love the pastries they were really good. I haven’t had the chance to access the M Lounge. I hope I will get the chance to in the future. I will definitely be booking here again.

Customer service was a top notch from front counter to room service. Very friendly, helpful and very polite staff of Marriott hotel. We were offered an upgrade to Executive Premier room with free breakfast. View was beautiful as we can view the ocean and the swimming pool from our higher floor room with a balcony. Location was great as it is situated in the city, you can either walk or take a local taxi to the nearby shopping malls or restaurants. If you lazy to head out for dining, they have few restaurants you can dine as well but preferably booking just in case. Overall, can't find any fault with their services or their facilities in this hotel. I would definitely come back here again in future.

Perfect staycation ”
The location is superb with very good view of island and ocean. Trust me, you definitely cannot miss the sunset there! The room is very clean and spacious. I was startled to see there is no door for the toilet, only to realise that it’s slide doors. The hotel is very detailed to prepare the shoe lint and even provided complimentary services (do checkout with their customers service). The water pressure in shower is just perfect. And we enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come again. Thank you!
