"Hotel room- Room is bigger than most HK accommodations. There’s a shower and tub but no bidet. Bring your own toiletries since the shampoo and liquid soap are just in wall-mounted dispensers, and smell very generic. Beds are comfortable and pillows are soft. The rooms provides for all of my basic needs in a room. Location-residential area in Kowloon City. Lots of local restaurants, convenience stores, laundromat nearby. There’s a McDonald’s, KFC, Cafe de Coral, 7-11, Watsons and several grocery stores. The distance from TST is 15-20mins depending on traffic. It’s not bad especially if you plan to visit mostly attractions in Kowloon. The hotel shuttle service is also on time and reliable. I like the fact that it’s not very crowded. It’s very near Mongkok and Jordan. Staff- Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The shuttle driver seemed a bit gruff but it could just be the language barrier. He still tried his best to answer our questions. "

"This hotel situated about 28 minutes from Kowloon Station (MTR) by public bus. It is nit close enought compares to other hotel, but price wise it is a really good bargain, Room size is 14M2 with white interior, it is clean and modern style. Public transporttation near the hotel mainly bus, but we prefer bus more than MTR cause we can see Hong Kong closely. Room maintain well, HK keep it tiddy every day, replenish all the ammenities. They aslo got and outdoor and indoor lounge, with coffee machines."

"regal oriental hotel is the international standard hotel in kowloon east - within the fastest developing commercial business districts of kowloon bay, kwun tong and the formerly hong kong international airport. located in kowloon city and connected by major means of transportation, the hotel is surrounded by scenic and tourist spots, shopping and entertainment. it can be reached by city bus nwfb a22 or e23 from airport. it can also be reached by mtr - with the nearest station is lok fu station. or we can use red taxi to reach the hotel. the hotel is near public/city garden kowloon walled city park. the kowloon walled city park sits on the site of kowloon walled city, which by a quirk of history remained outside british jurisdiction after hong konh became a colony. we can find a temple: hau wong temple near the park. it was built in 1730 during qing dynasty it also near kowloon city food distric. a group of around 10 streets bounded by prince edward road west, junction road and carpenter road - where we can find around 200 inexpensive and often family run eateries serving mostly local favourites and southeast asian cuisine. " The hotel was conveniently located, a short walk from town and restaurants, shopping, a short taxi ride from train station but still quiet enough for a restful sleep. Excellent water pressure in showers. The staff was helpful, soooo helpful :). Really enjoyed mini lounge they have inside. Front desk was also really helpful. Amazing value for the money. Near good restaurants, open air markets and excellent shopping facilities. Safe area to walk alone at night. While the hostel is in a great location, what makes this hostel stand out is its great customer service. When I was still in Manila and inquiring for some info, they were able to answer all my questions and gave clarifications as well. Room-wise, there is really nothing to complain about for the price. Toilet and shower area was soooo clean. There were no electrical connection problems that I have experienced in other hotels. Wi-Fi connection is free and strong as well. I never got lost in the island because they were able to provide efficient and accurate way of commuting in HK. Do note however that bus drivers have difficulty speaking in English. I was a fan of their lounge with free water, tea and coffee. There are lots of places to eat around the hotel. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Kowloon. Stayed March 2016, traveled alone. "
