Great location & lovely stay”
Just went there from 24-29 Feb to celebrate our 6th wedding Anniversary. We booked 2 units of Inter-connecting room as i have 2 toddlers, 1 infant & helper along. The room size was just nice. Rooms & hotel look clean and new. The location and entrance of the hotel was cosy & quiet. Except for night time it was a bit noisy due to the bars nearby with loud music. However, you can hear the loud music only when u are at the balcony, so those with young children is fine if you shut the balcony door. For muslims, food is non-halal. However, theres a lot of halal restaurants just outside the hotel along the streets. Shopping is everywhere, right, left and opposite of the hotel. You can walk down the street when you turn left of the hotel entrance and beach is about 5-7 mins walk. Nice white & sandy beach. And along the streets near the hotel have also supermarket, 7-eleven, starbucks, mc donald & subway. A must try Thai Pancake! My children loves itwith Nutella! Just along the streets!

Worth every penny!”
The Krabi Heritage is an older hotel that has successfully put on a new face! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, service was terrific, and the breakfasts alone were worth the price of admission. The pool was a great place to hang out, with plenty of chaises and the grounds were clean and well kept. The only, and I repeat ONLY, thing that was a problem was the shower enclosure was too small for a 6-footer like me. The soaker tub was wasted space, as we would not soak in a tub in a hotel. That space could have been a nice, spacious shower. You’re only a 10 min walk to the Ao Nang beach, the “hip strip” is right outside your door, and there was a concierge in the lobby to take care of your transportation and activity needs.

Fantastic stay!”
Modern and very comfortable room, huge bed, nice receptionists and amazing breakfast with a great variety of food! The hotel staff greeted us with a welcome drink and even carried our luggage to the room for us. The mountain view from the room was slightly disappointing but we had the curtains closed most of the time so it didn't really matter. Hotel is 5-min walk from Ao Nang beach, with lots of restaurants, bars, massage centres, convenience stores nearby. Just slightly further from the Ao Nang night market. We simply loved our stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it.

Best value for money stay, will come again!”
This property exceeds my expectations. Very clean room and lovely interior design, comfortable bed, great balcony view of the mountains, warm friendly staff, great central location along the street with many food places, 7 eleven, pharmacies and travel agencies for island-hopping, and great breakfast buffet, I highly recommend tasting their delicious local dishes rather than the western selection. Totally worth it and made my vacation a memorable one. Thank you, Krabi Heritage Hotel!

Nice to stay”
We spent 3 nights in the hotel in standard room including the breakfast. Staff are polite and friendly and helpful. Location is good and there are shops and restaurant around and you can walk to Ao Nang beach in few minute. The room is clean. Staff came to clean the room, change towel, provide drinking water everyday. Only one thing I don’t like is when we asked them providing airport transfer, staff told us via phone 600THB, via email 700THB but it’s actually 500THB and another one thing is the door lock is traditional one which is difficult to unlock but it is not a big deal.

beautiful and well operated hotel”
I recommend this hotel. The staff is well mannered and attentive, the pool and the small bar there are a nice thing to have, the rooms are well aired, clean, comfortable and big, the location is great, the breakfast is quite good too. 5 minutes walk to the beach front, plenty of food options around. Piece of advise, avoid the Indian restaurants or those restaurants that have workers outside trying to bring you in. In my experience the food is horrible in those restaurants, sadly I went because it was the only option at that point, never again.

Exceeded Expectation”
I didn’t expect more than just a basic hotel when I was making the booking. Only after arriving, I found out that everything is more than I had expected. The location is perfect as it is situated in the middle of Ao Nang town - everything is within walking distance. The staffs are all professionals and speak fluent English. The room is very spacious and clean. The hotel also has it’s own kiosk for patrons to book their guided tour. All in all, it’s very affordable. I certainly will book it for my next visit to Ao Nang.

Everything you want to be good is very good at this place”
Location is perfect, the hotel is renovated and it shows, nice entrance and very spacious rooms. The things we care about were perfect, the bed was huge and comfy, the bathroom was nice and clean and the breakfast was great. Wide variety of choices, different types of bread, fresh fruit, little stand where they bake fresh omelets. If i ever go back to Ao Nang I’m definitely coming back here.

Extended my stay”
Didn't expect that I like this place so much. But as it happened, already on 3rd day I decided to extend one more week. The location of course is perfect, 3 minutes to the beach and everything you need is at walking distance. Still quiet. The staff is really nice and attentive. Everything is clean and well maintained. Especially the room, I just feel so comfortable and with the seaview..near perfection. Highly recommended to all, for short stay or long-term.

Clean, comfortable & conveniently located”
They hit the 3 C's! The accomodations were clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff was helpful and the room and grounds were nice. I made use of the pool and made my way by foot to the beach. Located right by a main road with many food and shopping options. Check out the road along the beach as well.

A great place to start your Journey”
Krabi Heritage Hotel was an excellent hotel and has a true sense of Thai style and hospitality. The pool is very peaceful and the rooms were comfortable with a great view of the sunset. This was our first hotel we stayed in and it's a great central location to start your Krabi adventure.

Good option”
Pros: still Covid conscious in June 2022 and very clean. Good value. Near the main strip in Ao Nang. Nice pool (chlorine though). Small gym. Decent breakfast selection and good coffee. Cons: some noise from nearby bars. Laundry is expensive but cheap if you use a vendor on the main strip a 2 minute walk away

Comfortable stay with warm service and friendly staff! ”
Excellent service! Everything is perfect! We booked our room with mountain view and the view is indescribable. I love how our hotel is near to 7-11, pharmacies and all sorts of food and shops. It's a walking distance to ao nang beach but we chose to rent a bike though. You can find bike rentals just outside the hotel. Company is called Mr. Kord. Highly recommended place to stay! 😊

Great Resort”
Buffet is great, pool is excellent,rooms a keeped really clean. The staff is very friendly and tries to help anyway they can. Only con is if you are in a suite on the front side of the building it can get noisy bewteen 10:00,pm and 2:00 am from the next streets entertainment.

Amazing location and new”
Very very clean and modern, can’t get much better location in Ao Nang. Would highly reccomend. Staff incredible and very helpful to us when our shuttle didn’t pick us up for the ferry. Called around and organized it all for us and we ended up not missing it.

A very enjoyable stay”
Really enjoyed our 4 night stay here, we had a sea view room which was stunning, very modern and had all the amenities needed. The hotel was based in an ideal location for us, the staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast here again eggs, salad the Thai breakfast was lovely and had a good selection of other options. My only negative which is not the hotels fault is that because of the conctrete hallways peoples voices echo and it makes it louder.

Good location and the room is very clean. Nice buffet breakfast as well. The only thing that i felt shock was i need to keep my passport at their side until we checked out. Actually i prefer they asked us to pay some deposits. Other than this, overall is perfect.

I liked location, which is just in the center of Ao Nang. Lot of restaurants and everything are just in walking distance. Hotel was clean and nice. Rooms was good and comfortable. Pool area was also clean and really cozy.
