Best Villa i have ever visit, we rent pool villa, beach front, the villa is big enough, has big living room, very wide and beautiful bedroom that has balcony open direct to the beach The king bed is big and comfortable The washroom was amazing, huge and wide enough, it has separated corner for shower, big Jacuzzi, locker room and many mirrors Their is a big yard has the pool, that open direct to the beach You have a private and direct access to the beach The beach has clean water, and soft sand Its not deep, you can walk inside water fkr more than 100 m. Safe Location is on center of Ao Nang beach, which popular place has many restaurants and shops around you Definitely i would book it again if i came to Krabi

Beautyful villa - Great facilities”
The poolvilla was fantastic! Very good condition on everything and so beautifully decorated. Great with kids! The gym was good (missed kettlebells, but ok equipped), the kids pool was really great, and the kids club was fantastic! My kids loved the employees there who was very nice, creative and good to activate the kids. The food in the restaurants were not the best, but the restaurants next door by the beach was really good! WiFi was ok, and the water in the shower was not very hot. But a great place with a nice beach and Beautyful gardening! We loved our stay for 4 nights, and would definitely consider to stay here again!

The pool villa was awesome as always.. we had all the privacy we had and the room never fails to impress. Staff were friendly, less a few who are slightly too lax about their work. Otherwise would recommend for families or couple who need a good getaway.

Dont expect pool villa!”
The resort is one of the first resorts developed in Ao Nang and it is well maintained. It is called Krabi Resort, not KRABI RESORT POOL VILLA. The pictures you see are all from the pool villas (there are a few) and we ended up in a room that was very different from what we saw and were expecting. The funniest was that they said they had upgraded us! so I wonder where we should have slept. After the disappointment of finding our room. We enjoyed our stay. We just dont get why not showing the real things??!! This is 2019, there are plenty ways of posting nice pictures that are what the clients will find in real life...

Very run down ”
The room itself looks good in pictures but the compound is very run down. As a solo girl travelling, this place was always dark and I won’t recommend it. The breakfast was disappointing, wifi didn’t work, staff was not helpful and definitely a far cry from the pictures.

Krabi Perfection”
I can't say enough about how wonderful everything was at Krabi Resort. Our Pool Villa was more spectacular than the photos show. Location was perfect and the staff always went out of their way to make our stay perfect. I highly recommend staying here.

Acceptable”
Staff was very impolite and uncaring, particularly one person at their front office Delvin Tan, from check-in to check-out. Travellers be aware of this person in case you at all select this resort or I hope resort management sets him right and educates him on how to handle customers. They do not understand that politeness and courteousness is of prime importance in hotel industry and other services no matter how good fall apart without sound customer handling and experience. Talking of facilities, Sea side restaurant is a farce as we were not able to get reservation for straight 3 nights and most of the time they either book it for functions or close the outside restaurant and only serve inside. In name of extra facilities they have advertised table tennis facility but it is basically a small workdesk size table. Common facilities like pool, proximity to beach and buffet breakfast are no differentiators as all hotels in area have better or similar.

จองที่พักเรียบร้อยจ่ายเงินค่าที่พักเสร็จสรรพ โทรเช็ครร.ก่อนวันเดินทางว่าทุกอย่างเรียบร้อยดีมั๊ย ที่พักแจ้งว่าเรียบร้อยห้อง tropical pool villa เมื่อไปถึงที่พัก จนท.แจ้งว่าแจ้ง agoda แล้วว่าห้องเต็ม ต้องลดเกรดห้องเราไปเป็น luxury grand pool คืนนึง อีกคืนได้ห้อง beach front pool villa ซึ่งยอมรับได้ ห้อง beach front pool villa ดีมากกกกก สบาย เหมาะกับครอบครัวจริงๆ เด็กๆชอบมาก ส่วนอีกห้องที่พักก็ถือว่าดี ติดตรงที่ห้องที่เราได้มาระบบทำน้ำอุ่นเสีย ลูกต้องอาบน้ำเย็น มันเย็นมากกกก จนท.บริการดีน่ารักค่ะ

후기믿고 갔다가 당한기분...”
풀빌라 예약하고 백만원넘게 지불했는데 얼리체크인 추가금 1000바트 내고 했는데 너무 일찍도착해서 조식 잘안먹는데 조식 먹으려고 가격물어봤더니 얼리 체크인이라서 1인당 1500바트(약 5만원) 달라고 해서 안먹었구요 원래 조식을 안먹는 편인데 숙박에 조식이 포함된거라 인당 5만원짜리 조식이라길래 다음날아침 기대잔뜩하고 식당에 갔는데...이건 시장 좌판 벌려논수준의 먹을것도 없고 빵쪼가리 하나 먹고 와서 매니저한테 너희 호텔 조식 먹어봤냐고 물어보니 자기는 지네호텔 조식 안먹는데요 ㅋㅋㅋ 그래서 금액물어보니 인당 350바트(약12,000원) 이라네요 그래서 어제아침엔 왜 1500바트라고 했냐니까 자기는 모르겠데요 방엔 소변냄새 장난아니구요 수영장엔 곰팡이같은거 모래알 만큼 많았구요 수영장이 왜이렇게 더럽냐고 했더니 저희가 예약한 방은 손님이 안와서 청소를 안했데요...;; 그렇게 수영장 청소를 인부들이 반나절을 물묻은 발로 방을 들락거리면서 청소했구요 청소하고도 깨끗해지지 않아서 수영은 하지도 않았어요 체크아웃할때도 짐이 너무많아서 카트를 불렀는데 직원이 로비로 가길래 주차장으로 가자 왜로비로 왔냐 짐을 차에 실어야 된다했더니 짜증부리면서 왜 진작 예기 안했냐고...;; 여행을 많이 다녀서 전세계 수천곳의 호텔을 다녀봤지만 여기처럼 드럼고 진상인곳은 처음입니다 (혹시 서로 의사전달 잘못된거라고 생각하실수도 있는데 언어소통은 태국인과 함께 였으며 저도 태국어를 잘하는편이라 아무 문제 없었습니다. 호텔에 문제가 있음을 강력히 알려드립니다.)
