Lovely Hotel & Facilities”
We really enjoyed our 6 night stay in Kravan. Lovely room & bathroom with comfortable space for 2 (we got the city view). The roof top pool & bar was a lovely retreat from the warm weather after a day of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast was amasing & the service was great! We ate so well that we didn't need to eat until dinner. The gym is well equipped with nice window views & a TV to play the music channel. The staff we met did not speak English very well so at times it was difficult to ask for assistance, however we managed. There were Tuk Tuks just outside the hotel ready to take you nearby to the popular tourist spots. Mr P was a lovely Tuk Tuk driver & we used him most days. Security were also lovely & were ready & waiting to open doors after a late night out. I would stay at this hotel on our next visit to Phnom Penh.

New modern hotel, amazing rooftop pool and terrace”
Great hotel. About a twenty min walk from the Royal Palace. Tuk tuks are about $3 to get everywhere. At the moment they have discounted rates because it's a new hotel so it is very good value for what you get. Would be well suited for business travellers rather than families I'd say but we still loved it, the rooftop pool and terrace was amazing! Rooms were spacious, so clean and very comfortable indeed. All modern fittings. Shower was amazing. Staff were friendly but many are still learning English and are being trained up so sometimes we had a bit of confusion with communication but there are some staff who speak very good English. All staff were very friendly and tried to help however they could. Very eager to please and help us have an enjoyable stay. Gym was better than expected but very hot, the air con wasn't left on in the day. Food was nice and breakfast was plentiful. Prices for food and drink were reasonable for the area and setting. All in all, a great value for money hotel. We paid £35 a night through Agoda and extended from 3 to 5 nights so we could relax and enjoy Phnom Penh at leisure in a bit of luxury! One night the rooftop pool and bar was being used for a wedding so it was closed to guests from 5pm.... we only found out at 3pm. Some signage at breakfast would be good to let guests make other plans. Overall lovely place to stay to explore PP

Value for your money! ”
The picture of the room is accurate. When we got to the hotel, can be reached riding a tuktuk or booking using Uber/Grab, the staff assisted us with our luggages and we were given complimentary welcome drinks which we very much appreciated considering that weather was hot during our Mar. 10 visit. We were also handed with cold face cloth so we can freshen/clean up a bit while waiting to be checked into our room. I have no issues with the room we were assigned to since during the day we were out and the comfy beds where divine during our nap time when we returned from going around the attractions within Phnom Penh. I think the minor concern that I have is just the queue during the morning breakfast buffet. The place was literally jampacked, we had to wait for a few minutes to get a table for three (with the assistance of the staff). My suggestion is to eat breakfast around 8am considering that a few people will just be there during those times. Will definitely go back :-)

Excellent Hotel with Sweet Staff”
Breakfast is just okay. Fitness room is great, but no A/C control or music control (which was well.... just bring headphones, ok?) Bar is great with fantastic views. Drink prices are on par with USA & Europe. Pool is small but deep with once again, lovely views of the developing city of Phnom Penh. Will stay here again. The room comfort alone is well worth the price.

I recommend the Kravan Hotel. It's not the cheapest, but it's a lovely part of town, the facilities are modern, and the rooftop pool offers a nice view of the city, for what it's worth. ;)

I have been coming to Phnom Penh for many years now and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Everything was perfect. It was great value, has a lovely pool and gym, the view from the room was stunning. And to top it all the breakfast was great. I will return many times.

4 Night Stay”
I like this hotel on the followings: 1. Clean and big room, 2. Quiet surrounding for good sleep, 3. Competitive price as compared to similar hotels. Things that can be improved upon: 1. Breakfast manual needs some changes daily - Because it caters to large groups of tourists who only stays a night or two but for business traveller like me, it is really boring eating the same types of food for the four mornings. I have already feedback this issue during my previous stays but seems nothing has changed? That is to say I am eating the same breakfast for the four days in this hotel during my monthly visit to Phnom Penh. 2. The tap handle in the room toilet is very poor design. Water always splashes to the floor as the water is powerful and the basin is very small and with the difficult to use tap handle, the toilet floor get wet easily. 3. The room air-cond is difficult to use as it stop automatically during sleep although I did not adjust to the auto manual?

I like the big glass window in the room and also its amenities. Bed is very comfortable. Location is in center to almost everywhere. This is a good option hotel in Phnom Penh.

Better than expected”
Everything just perfect. Staff prolonged my stay for 2 hours free of charge. Breakfast is super, you may also order soup, which I did. View from restaurant is astoundingly nice. Location is just fine. Not far from everything but enough distance from all the Phnom Pen trash. Perfect view from the room. Shower and bathroom is very good and clean Pool is perfect with view and towels etc. I recommend salmon in the restaurant.

Good Hotel”
A welcome return to this hotel.Checked in early with a welcome drink and cold towel.I had recently injured my wrist and the lady who offers a massage in the hotel spotted this and began to tend to my injury.I ended up having 2 other ladies massaging and applying healing balm to the area for at least half an hour.Specialized treatment. The staff were v attentive and friendly. Room great standards as always.This time we ate at the skybar late afternoon.The lighting is magical atmospheric but a little too dark when eating.Many flying insects may it a problem too eat outside by the pool.The food/drink prices are on par with airport prices , therefore making it v expensive which is a shame. Hotel let us check out hour later than normal with a taxi booked for us that actually their rental car.Service was prompt and efficient. Hope to return again in future

3 Nights Stay Standard Double Room”
Quiet surrounding, powerful air condition and hot shower. Room is clean and good room size with functional layout for business traveller. Brakefast was ok as there are many vegetables dishes for healthy meal. Will most likely be staying at this hotel for my monthly visits to Phnom Penh unless the price goes too high.

First time at this hotel..What a gem.Really clean and cosy rooms.Wallpapered even a clock on the wall. Felt very homely.Good A/C. water pressure is fierce with plenty of hot water.Housekeeping very good and thorough.The bed and bedding are the most comfortable I have even been in.Tv good reception. Soundproofing...great with all the development going on . City views from room were magical; stunning day and night The breakfast space was huge but poor choice of cooked food that was cold with average .The swimming pool was the so fresh and clean.Really good idea to have smokin sections at ends of hotel on all levels. Peaceful location Hope to return one day

Nice hotel, fantastic staff”
Enjoyed my stay there much more than my stay in Cambodia. The hotel is really nice, good amenities, nice rooftop pool and gym. Breakfast is nice but not hot. The best thing about the hotel are the staff. Cannot praise them enough, fantastic attitude and customer attention, so polite and humble. A credit to the hotel. The hotel isa little bit away from the riverside, I walked it a few times in the day but not at night. I would take some hotel ID with you as not a lot of tuk Tuks know where it is. One tuk tuk got so lost it took 1 hour to get back in what is a 10 min journey.

From the second they got me reservation with the special requests the staff was completely accommodating. They worked out flowers and even did the flowers in such a way that it blew my girls mind. They made the bed beautiful. Their beds were awesome, their pillows amazing and their robes luxurious. The staff was the best they went out of their way on everything. They were kid. They were giving. They took time. The whole staff were great. The breakfast was great!! It may sound unreal but the service was unreal. it was unbelievably good. What a place because what great people. They were like family. I would recommend this hotel. They were honest they were friendly and they really went out of their way to make the stay a great one.

The hotel is very new and clean. The outlook from the rooftop is great. There were not many visitors so I had the rooftop bar and pool almost for myself. The breakfast is rhich and satisfying with very caring staff around you. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Only the shower could have a bit more pressure.

Service was impeccable, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the rooftop pool and bar are a nice treat. I hope this newly built hotel will upkeep it well and keep it so nice and clean. Breakfast is also with city view near the rooftop. Such a nice break from the hectic city and at such an affordable rate for what you get!

Good business type hotel - value for money! Facilities were nice and the room was clean. Not all staff spoke English well and couldn't give the best advice on tours, etc, but they tried their best to be helpful.

The rooms are very clean and the beds we very comfort , not forgetting the helpful staff including the security guard , walking distance to Coffee Bean , opposite the hotel there is a simple Japanese restaurant , only set back is the buffet breakfast ...maybe not to my liking , overall double thumbs up.
