Krishna Palace is a reasonable hotel although the rooftop terrace was closed. The hotel also hosted parties in the function rooms on floors 2 and 3 and although we were on the 7th floor, the music would still vibrate through our room. This happened every night during our second week. It usually stopped at midnight, however one night it continued until 2am. Not ideal when you have a 5 year old who needs his sleep. That said, what makes this hotel exceptional is its staff. One in particular, Ankush, he made our stay amazing and memorable xx

The Front Office Manager regularly checked in on us checking if all was ok. The restaurant wait staff took time to know the customers and on occasion went above expectations.

Room key was not given to me, so I needed to call someone to unlock the door every time when I go out. The room was smoking room, the smell was so terrible.

Unfriendly staff and room are not clean ”
It looks like the hotel maintains a good occupancy throughout the year and as a result they don’t care about their customers. Check-in to the hotel was not so easy and the receptionist are not friendly at all. But the restaurant staffs are superb

Very expensive for very ordinary ”
Paid for a deluxe room for three people, we were put in very small room with 2 single beds and a foldout bed. A kettle and TV was all the facilities. Housekeeping on a number of days only provides 2 clean towels, the pillows were filthy and stained and the bed linen some days weren’t fresh / laundered properly and grey.

Unsafe!Scary! Pathetic! Unfrendly Reception!!”
I have been in the place couple of times before Nd my experience was good. But This Time:: Right from the time I caecked In. 1. They gave us a room with Broken Tiles, dirty walls, no water in the Comode. Upon my concern, i was changed to another room, but this time the water was available and rest remains the same. 2. The reception staff was rude and had no professionalism at all. Like they were not interested to serve customer. 3. Later in the evening, they refused us to use the property (baroke pub), because we were stag. 4. We wanted to book another room that night for our few added guest, the reception added a sense of urgency and said this is the last toom and sold to us an executive room for INR 13500, as we left they gave a much cheaper room to a walk in couple. 5. Entire night there more than 20 Cops no one bothered to say what happen, next morning we saw in the news that there was a raid. We are disappointed and travellers should refrain. Genuing traveller review.
