Quite, great location, clean, comfortable, good value for money”
We stayed here for one night before going to get the ferry back to Bali. Very nice place, great restaurant on site. The room was really good value for money, it was very clean and comfortable. The best part was the location, right beside the water and a beautiful beach. It was so quite really felt like we were on a tropical island! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

we loved staing there. the dive centre that touches the bungalows was managed by Barbara, a woman. we asked for a special fish on barbecue to the chef. it was divine. Staff organised taxis and scooter rentals. io highly recommend

Great little family run property, right on the beach with a pool at your door. Staff were amazing, took care of everything for us. Loved the banana pancakes and quality linen in the room, our laundry returned ironed and smelt fabulous! Just need a fridge in the room and it would be perfect.

Excellent Location, could improve the infrastructure a bit”
The property is located right on the beach. I recommend you to book the new rooms instead of the old ones. They are a líttle expensive, but believe me, it'll be an absolute delight to stay in them. The staff is also very friendly, and I rented a motorbike from them, which I used to ride the entire coastal belt of Sekatong. Highly recommend this place.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, although the location is not the best. A bit remote area from the city and not many convenient places nearby. But staff are friendly and menu variety & price was really good and sufficient at such a place. Room facility was very basic for Standard room, so I would take upper room than that for next visit. Wifi was weak in Standard room. Quiet surroundings and lay back under the hut was great getaway!

It was our first stay in Lombok and we (2 Girls) came for 7 Nights and we never regretted it! The service was very good, the staff is very friendly and they do everything for you! The kitchen is also very delicate. We eat everyday in Krisna for breakfast and dinner and drank a lot of fresh juices! Don't expect western hotel standards!!! It was really clean for Lombok, but there is no hot water to take a shower, no shower(cabinet) and the bathroom and also the room is very basic. It was maybe in beginning a bit special for us, because in europe, especially in Switzerland all is very clean and high leveled. After we had acclimated us after 1 day it was no more only one second a problem for us :) Those people, who want a bit more comfort: book a Lumbung Bungalow! They are newer than the others and very nice. They are higher and have a big door, so it's more light inside. Also the bathroom is a bit better. After a few days we changed also in a Lambung Bungalow, normally Krisna is full booked, but for 3 Nights in the end it was no problem. Very good service!! Thank you! All in all the stuff make their job really good! You could also rent some scooters from the hotel and discover the beautiful region. It is worth to make the big snorkeling tour with Wayan to Gili Ringgit, Gili Layar and Gili Nanggu. The fishes and the beaches there are amazing! Take a underwater camera with you, afterwards you know why!! The beach in front of the hotel is ok (there are some plants on the ground, which isn't so cool…), so better you swim in the nice pool, on makaki beach or on the beaches of the nearby Gilis (Layar, Ringgit, Nanggu) We never regret to stay in Sekotong, / Krisna! We loved and enjoyed our stay!! We didn't visit Senggigi, Gili Air and co., because the region , the nature/ beaches / landscapes around sekotong were so beautiful and also the locals there were very nice and absolutely friendly :) We have definitely to come back, it was too short!! Stay here 5 nights. A quiet little bungalow with nice and friendly staffs. Thumbs up to their restaurant, I tried different dishes in their menu, EVERY meal were delicious! Besides, they have side menu, you can order seafood a day before (Seafood were freshly caught everyday depends on your order) I ordered 1 kg lobster on the last day. They cooked it so well, bbq lobster body, served with a porridge which boil with head of lobster, I think its the best birthday meal for me ever! For activities, they organized island hopping tour everyday, and there is dive shop next to the bungalow. But it located quite far away to city centre and some travel attraction in Lombok, after 8pm the road was dark, its danger to drive. Highly recommend to everyone who looking for a quiet place to relax. (Escaping from HK during chaotic time, feeling much better after this trip, Thanks a lot! Krisna)

Incredibly relaxed, incredible staff”
As a long-term traveler in Lombok, this was my 1st truly beach-side and relaxing accomodation. The staff is unparalled, anything (and I do mean anything) you need is magically in your hand moments after asking. The food (although limited in scale and only indonesian) was the best I've had in all of Indonesia. The view at dawn and all throughout the day is beautiful. It's situated in a tiny Hindu village in the middle of Muslim Lombok, so the atmosphere is a bit different from the bungalows further away. The whole village is quick to accept you as a friend and treat you like they've known you forever. If you walk to the large, bungalow-owned shop 20 meters away you will be greeted by plenty of friendly villagers. I never felt the need to lock my door even once. Nearby is some incredible, snorkeling, diving and beautiful mountains to the west (not sure about climbing, didn't try). With the exception of being also close to the road it is completely tranquil, and having explored the rest of the Sekotong area (and stopped for a beer at other establishments) I would recommend Krisna exclusively to anyone not looking for a nightclub.

All you need is at Krisna Bungalows ”
If you want to rest in a secluded place within a non touristic place, Krisna is a great location to stay. Located in the fabulous Sekotong Bay, aways from all touristic places, the guesthouse is quite difficult to find (2 hours drive from the airport)but when you get there, you find paradise. Very simple and basic room but new and clean, nice garden and directly located on the beach. Made and Nowyan are the only 2 people running the guest house and have been very helpful to get me anything I needed during my stay. Food is also quite good and you can have breakfast and meals anywhere in the guesthouse, beach, room at any time...Great service for 15 euros per day, breakfast included ! Last but not least, the guesthouse has a traditionnal boat to bring you to the very nice Gili Nanggu island (at cost) just in front of the guest house for a beautiful snorkeling.

Friendliest staff, so relaxing ”
My boyfriend and I came to sekotong completely blind. We didn't know what we were getting ourselves into we just pointed at a map and said HERE! but boy were we pleased. If you're going to stay at krisna definitely get the ocean view room. You can see the sun coming up if you keep your blinds open. We stayed in the standard for one night and then upgraded and you can see a huge difference. The fact that there's only a fan makes no difference. It feels like you have a/c on. Maddi was the only staff we really saw and he was unreal! He was always so nice and HE CAN COOK. Free banana pancakes in the morning. Get them. Best Nasi goreng I've had in almost 2 months of travelling indonesia. You are right on the water so there tons of shells to collect but the beach isn't swim able. The snorkelling on gili naggu..I think it's called is incredible. It's worth the trip over to do it. All in all great experience. I highly RECCOMMEND it.
