Kritthai Residence exceeded above and beyond our expectations. No regrets in booking this hotel for our Bangkok trip. Room: a little small BUT space is maximized. The room is designed to fit the needs of travelers. There is ample storage and seating spaces. The large windows make the space look bigger. Cleanliness: the bathroom is very clean. the sheets are clean. the small spaces in the room are also clean. The room is made up daily. I appreciate the fresh towels. Location: right in front of the National Stadium station. There is 7 Eleven and Mcdonald's near the hotel. The hotel is accessible to MBK, Siam Discover, Siam Center, Siam Paragon, skywalk. Staff: Very polite and accommodating! Would definitely recommend to others!

Location super near to MBK and is directly infront of the National Stadium BTS. Room is clean and has the full set of amenities. Staff are friendly. The only cons is that if you are a light sleeper, will not recommend this place due to the noise as it's at the main road. Other than that, will definitely stay here again!

the furnishing looks modern and the room is very clean. best part is that it's walking distance to siam paragon and the street with a lot of good food. the only con that comes with being in a convenient location is that you can hear faint traffic sounds from your room. but that's not an issue for me because i'm a heavy sleeper

Strategic Location”
Just few steps away from National Stadium BTS, which is one station away from Siam BTS. Major malls like MBK Centre and Siam Center is in walking distance. The hotel also offers complete amenities, plus check-in and check-out procedures are a breeze. The staffs are very helpful (helped me changed a big note when my taxi driver didn't have changes when I arrived) and they can help you book taxi to airport too. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the city!

Definitely value for money”
I’d give it a 10 out of 5. Its very nice accommodation with fairly cheap price. The location also top notch. Literally in front of elevator to BTS National Stadium, 5 mins walk to MBK & 15 mins walk to Siam Paragon. 2 massages place just few mins away. Jim Thompson’s house also only couple of mins walk. The staffs (front desk, security, house keeping) are very nice & polite. The room size is not that big but its more than I expected for the rate, to be fair. 7/11, coffee shop & noodle stall also just couple walks away. The only (-) thing is the facilities but if you’re out of your room all day, you don’t really need it anyway. Definitely recommend for people traveling with friends (shopping trip!) & solo travelers.

Location: Hotel is located along the shopping belt, it is easily connected to the various major malls, walkable distance to the nearest skytrain that can connect to other major landmarks of the city. Room and facilities: Cozy and nice view from the room, full wide windows provide great view to the city across the skytrain. Skytrain track is just located in front of the hotel. There are 7-11 shops just 5 mins away from the hotel, great for getting the food and necessities. Staff: Friendly and approachable staff who attended to me during check in and check out throughout the stay at the hotel.

Best Location Value for Money”
Choosing this hotel wasn't a mistake. Here are the reasons.. 1. Location was good almost nearby to everything. And it is at the foot of BTS National Stadium Stn eventhough beside the station no noise can be heard inly the noise from the band beside the hostel but still tolerable. 2. The hotel itself got 24hrs cafe price is acceptable and food are delicious and clean. 3. Breakfast is good everyday they change the mains but some dishes remains the same. 4. All the staff are good and accommodating. 5. Nearby got 2 7-11 shops. 6. Hassle free grab pick up cause they have basement parking for the grab to wait. 7. Rooms are clean, in room mini bar (bottled water, coffee & tea), toiletries are replenished everyday, they also change the towels everyday. Only one downside is their hot and cold shower is a bit hard to manipulate water can be too hot or too cold. I hope they can do something about it. But overall still good place to stay and love the ambiance of the hotel. Will stay here again if we go back to Bangkok. To the staff of Kri thai Residence keep up the good work.

Comfort Hotel.... Value for Money”
This hotel is located just little further away MBK shopping center (around 3minute walk) There is a 7-11 nearby and and 10minute walk to a Tesco Lotus Supermarket. Check-in was easy and they require a 3000bht deposit. For the room, nothing to complain. Modern desgin, clean, spacious and comfortable. I just wanted to stay in the room and rest. The bathroom has a bathtub and strong shower. My only concern was there divider was a glass halfway wide so when you take a shower, water may spread outside and wet the floor. The room came with a buffet breakfast - very filling. You have breads, spreads, salad, the usual egg sausage ham fruit juice, Also porriage, noodle soup, some thai desert. etc. Sumptuous indeed. I give you thumbs up... its value for money

Great hotel in the heart of the city”
The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and is in an excellent location; you can easily access all the main attractions in Bangkok. The staff are very nice and helpful. However, the only down side is the noise. It is very close to the road and sometimes there are bikers in the middle of the night and woke me up in the middle of the night. Might recommend to stay away from the room that is close to the road for light sleepers.

located at the BTS exit 1, friendly staff, room is cleaned everyday. Room is not big but enough for us who did not expect too much from the accommodation. there is a spa & massage shop behind the hotel, really needed after a long day of walking
