upscale large hotel near train station”
I think this was a great choice for two nights in Ayutthaya. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel is not brand new but it still feels modern and upscale. It's close to the station, so you have to take the ferry or the bridge over to the other side of the river to get to most of the historic temples. But it was so easy to walk to the hotel from the station, even with my suitcase. The included buffet breakfast was really good and the riverside restaurant was delicious for dinner, and not expensive. I loved the live music at the restaurant. The pool was great after warm days of sightseeing. When I checked out and was going out sightseeing again before leaving Ayutthaya, the staff offered to let me shower at the hotel after sightseeing and before leaving town. I really appreciated that! One day I rented a bicycle right across the river and that was a great way to enjoy the city. Another day I used a taxi and a motorcycle taxi and that was fun too. Don't miss Ayutthaya!

first class, could not fault this hotel. ”
this hotel is a none smoking hotel (only tough on smokers ) but what an incredible place to stay , the rooms are large and tastefully decorated as is the rest of the hotel , two lovely pools and great fitness centers. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the main restaurant has agreat selection of western and Thai foods with 24 hour room service. With its very central location and good room prices ,this is one of the best in the city for the price , very highly recommended

The staff and the food are great the hotel was very clean as well. I would stay there again. The big thing for me is how the staff are and how the food is. By far hands down one of the best that I stayed at

Parking old men super nice and friendly. Helpful. Reception staff a 5 star checking in and out. Broken safety box when came to room on 8 floor. They could not open so a new room. This took all together around 8 min. Super quic. Breakfast so and so. Not so good for a 5 star hotel but its ok. The fruit salad from fresh fruit is yummy, With chopped dates and raisins beside for you to put on. The Headmaster on the breakfast is ?. Running around playing cool with the waitresses. Cleaning is very good. Elevator just working down to first floor where breakfast is in the morning. Otherwise you have to ask staff to help you with going with elevator down first floor. 4 restaurants at the hotel. I whent to the Italian restaurant and had myself a Calzone pizza. Very good. Nice room and good bed. Slept well. 5 Star hotel ? Hmmm. But i like the hotel.

The Hotel was Much better than expected. The Outdoor Dining on the River was Awesome and the food was good. All of the Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was very easy to find.

This is my 4th stay here. Very good hotel. But due to restrictions (COVID-19) the breakfast is only basic. Which isn't a killer but would be nice to have a better western breakfast selection other than rice and Asian breakfast

I have stayed here more than 20 times. Excellent location next to the river and 5 minutes walk to Ayutthaya Railway Station. Very good food, dine next to the river and watch the boats passing by.

The room was quite nice and spacious. The eating area near the river was lovely and had a wonderful vibe to it. In the evening they also played live music which was nice to see. However we went during strict covid measures so some areas were shut down but overall a good experience.

Right on the river. Sumptuous breakfast. Not on the island but only 300 meters from the ferry. Water in pool is cold. If you misplace one of their empty water bottles they charge you a dollar, but they don't mention that in advance. Outrageous!

Good food, old fashioned rooms ”
a very old hotel , clean and equipmed with basics and more, value for money. SUPER good spread for Breakfast. but rooms are rather old and seems like need upgrading , especially the door locking mechanism is not that easy , could get stuck as it is still physical key system
