"The hotel was pretty nice for how cheap the accommodation was. The location was beautiful and right next to the bus station. The rooms itself are a little dated and run down. Biggest complaint would be the lack of free Wifi in each of the rooms and the disappointing breakfast that they served. The spa was pretty decent but a little run down, they don't provide towels and they only allow you to access the pools one per day. Overall it was an okay stay for how cheap the price was, but I'm not sure that I'll stay here again. "

"Hotel rate is not cheap in this area but I must say that we had a great stay here. The hot spring was great with the scenery around. Relaxing! There was a table tennis table and a small basketball court for the boys to have some fun. We had fun at the claw machines, arcade basketball and even archery. Cheap thrills compared to the price we have to pay back home. Dinner at the hotel was nice. Was apprehensive when most reviewers state that portions were small. However, it was fine for us and in fact we could not finish all of it. Room cleanliness was acceptable. Overall a great stay for us!"

"It was a very nice hotel, reception was very kind and helpful. Since we lost a lugagge in the airport, reception was very keen in helping us to get it back. Breakfast was provided and it was tasty. One bad thing was that the bathroom wasn’t user friendly, we always made everything wet while showering and the floor was hard to get dried."

"The hotel is beautifully decorated with Bali resort style. Bathroom is spacious and beautiful for the SPA experience, although we seemed to have drainage problem so the floor is always flooded after showering. The family room, however, is way smaller than what it looks like on the picture. The breakfast is decent. We went to 1st restaurant for dinner paid by ourselves, and although food was tasty, it was extremely expensive and small servings...($280/$380 for a palm size dish)... So walking across the bridge to the street to find some other restaurants would be a better option. Overall we had a good stay!"

"This was well worth $80. Very basic room in an incredible location. The view out of the windows was of mountains and the river. The "spa" (hot spring area) was a bit disappointing, only because it was more warm than hot... others that I tried in the area were better. Delicious dinner and breakfast included in the stay. The best part about this stay was the staff - although they did not speak English, they could not have been nicer. As a young solo female traveler, I was trying to figure out where and when to catch a bus back to Taichung. The two staff at the front desk had understood the word "bus", and showed me the schedule. They realized that a bus left in seven minutes, and the next was an hour later. Instead of having me wait (which I would not have minded doing), the woman motioned for me to follow her, brought me outside to her motorbike, and sped me off to the bus station so that I made the soonest bus in time! This act of kindness among strangers is what I will remember most."
