"Our second trip to KL and we were pleased with the facilities the hotel provides. All areas including breakfast, rooms and amenities were very much basic but well maintained given that it’s a new hotel. The only disappointment was that we were not able to see any fireworks during the coutndowna the hotels bar on the 31st floor. I think the hotel didn’t know as well that it would not be able to view any fireworks till the countdown happened. Apart from that, the location was relatively near to KLCC (7 mins walk) and the hotel provides a shuttle bus to various locations which I thought was very efficient. The breakfast spread was basic but good and they had fresh pastries baked through out which was impressive. The skyline was awesome from the restaurant and I had enjoyed my morning breakfast with a view of KLCC. The hotel does have a class of its own. Overall, 8/10. Would come back here again. "

"The hotel underwent refurbishment so the room was in good shape. Comfortable bed and pillows, good variety of TV channels, modern and spacious bathroom. Swimming pool was awesome too (also had shared sauna + steam room facilities accessible to all guests). Breakfast had a large variety, however it was a long weekend when I stayed here so the breakfast ambiance was not ideal - small space, large crowd. Short walk to KLCC. Hotel also sent a cake to my room (a total surprise), which I assume was because I wrote a request for a large bed since it was my anniversary weekend. Their effort to take note of personal details like this is what distinguishes good hotel management from not. Thanks!"

"It's expensive. But money is worth it. And for me the best pool in the whole area of high class hotels in KLCC. Another thing, customer service. This is my favourite staycation hotel to bring the family because of just that. And they remembered me, my wife. Even the restaurant JP Terrace also welcomes me with a smile and old banter like family. And I am no royalty ya, just a member of the normal public that gets pampered by them once and awhile when my allowances afford me these luxuries."

"I stayed in this hotel many many times over. Its situated in the centre between Bukit Bintang and KLCC. A short distance walk to the best of both worlds. The staff have been doing a wonderful job greeting and taking care of your needs. The response to guest's calls for assistance have always been immediate. Nice comfortable room. Everything in the room is clean and well placed. I love the fluffy pillows. There's LCD TV and CD/VCD players for guests. A good spread of breakfast but if you chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, there's always KLCC, Pavilion or Bukit Bintang to go to. Once, I left a valuable item in my room and realised it only until I was back home. Emailed the Manager, and he found it and handed it to me at my next visit. I will always stay at Impiana KLCC Hotel & Spa whenever I am in Kuala Lumpur."
