Great stay”
After a long drive from the airport, Kubu Bali was a home away from home for us both. Our room was clean and well decorated. The staff were so friendly and pleasant. Additionally, the main receptionist was English speaking which was really helpful. To our surprise there was a tub in our villa. We had a nice view of a paddy field too. The pool was clean and sufficient. We had breakfast daily at the common dining area but one of the days, we opted to eat at our villa. The staff were nice enough to bring it over to us! This location was also super convenient as it was about 10 mins drive away from the city centre but that made the area really quiet and serene. We ordered Grabfood several times and the riders were able to drop off our food at the reception easily. I really urge people to book this place as it's so damn affordable and worth it!

Perfect for families!”
We are a family of 8 so I initially booked 5 rooms. When we arrived, I realized they have a much bigger villa that can fit all of us! It was perfect! So we moved and stayed all in 1 place. It was a great bonding for all of us because we seldom see each other (we live in 3 different countries) and this family vacation became even more better because we stayed in 1 “house.” We even had our own small infinity pool! Overall, it was an amazing stay!

Beautiful Bali memory start from Kubu Bali Baik Villa & Resort”
A great place surrounded by rice terraces! If you love rice terraces, you will be happy you made the correct decision. In the morning time, before your family member wake up and meet you for breakfast, you walk around and already enjoy the fresh in rice terraces. It's just beside the hotel! Staff very helpful and try to solve all your problems. Special praise for the chef, he can cook very delicious food, he may also be the person who helps you solve many other things. Lady boss, helps me the most. She helps me solve my major challenge in Bali vacation, it’s about our next destination: Nusa Penida (an island you better stay 2 nights). Krisna is the best friend and also relative to boss family, Krisna is a very kind and nice person, a very good guide and driver in Nusa Penida, who also born there. He charge me very reasonable price (even a bit low), supply high quality service and help taking care of my child during the two days’s tour in Penida. Appreciate it! BTW, I love my room - Villa One Bedroom, maybe the best one.

Paradise among the rice fields”
We stayed at Kubu Bali Baik Villa and Resort for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The deluxe accommodation was spacious and clean. Definitely great value. The surroundings were beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. A home away from home for us. Thanks to Devi and Yanti and Alarn (hope we have spelt correctly. Hope to return.

Amazing View With Large Rooms”
We stayed for 3 Nights in Single Bedroom with Private Pool and 2 Nights in Deluxe Room. Our stay for entire 5 nights were amazing. Talking about Singe Bedroom Private Room ( Room 10) first, the room is smaller as compared to the deluxe room but the patio area and the swimming pool area makes it quite big. The rooms was perfectly clean with proper facilities. I would not say that the private pool was really private as their was a Temple for the staff just beside it and the pool was easily visible from the temple. However the staff were very professional and called us to enquire if they can use the temple without disturbing us when we were having our breakfast in pool with floating table which was quite a serene experience. Since we were travelling during the days and we were not able to literally use the private pool, we decided to switch to deluxe room when we thought of increasing our stay in Kubu Bali Baik. We shifted to Room 4 with perfect view to Rice Terrace.

Excellent central location for Ubud attractions”
Amazing little gem just outside of Ubud, central to many attractions. The rooms were glorious! Large and clean. Beds were comfy! Pool was well maintained. There is a spa on site. I recommend the Matcha Tea scrub and Massage. Very cooling! Staff are exceptional and helpful. The on-site restaurant is small but the options are tasty. Water and ice comes from filtered water. Only downside is there were not many alcohol options. The area is rural and very quiet, only a short Grab ride to Ubud. We had an amazing two nights here and would definitely say it gets 4 stars for me! Wifi was also excellent.

Perfect escape in paradise”
Waking up to the view of the rice paddies is something out of this world. It isn't just close to the room - you can actually touch the rice plants from your balcony! The staff are wonderful, they made us feel like some royal guests despite the difficult situation (COVID) everyone is in over at Bali right now. Highly recommended - we will be back soon.

My stay at Kubu Balik Baik was incredible. The staff greeted me with kindness and anticipated my needs as a solo traveler for the duration of my stay. The room and bed were so comfy. The views were breathtaking. The pool was lovely. The free breakfast was just what I needed. The villa is situated between two rice farms and there are lots of ducks, chickens, and roosters roaming. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to bring earplugs since these birds do make noise throughout the night. Also be aware that taxi apps like Gojek don't always pick up or drop off at this location (or most places in Ubud), but you can rent a motorbike if you're comfortable, and the front desk can get you in touch with a private driver if you need one. Staying here was my favorite lodging in Bali! :)

The Best Villa in Ubud”
Everything is perfect, the view, staffs, room, food, and facilities. Very beautiful view of paddy rice field from your bed once you open your eyes. Spacious bathtub for couple. The breakfast is so good, unlimited and value for money. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I give 10/10 and really recommend this villa to everyone who is planning to visit Ubud. Affordable and beautiful villa”
We were 2 families with children age 8-10. Initially we booked the standard rooms, but then we were upgraded to the family villa which was very beautiful. The view was the rice field and sooo quiet with private pools. The owner Mr. Wayan was so kind also his wife. We had a great time there with them.

I stayed here for three nights while traveling and it was the best experience I could have asked for. Wayan (owner) and his wife were some of the kindest and welcoming people I have ever met. All they truly treated me like family. The location is wonderful right next to a rice field. Out of the busyness of ubud, the property is quiet and surrounded by nature. I ate all my meals here while staying and the food was fabulous Balinese eats! Would definitely recommend!
