Where to stay in Kuningan
Kuningan hotels & accommodations

Myself, my siblings and my cousins were looking for a New Year's place for the celebration. And Puri Casablanca popped out from my mind because I had a previous stay with my friends, and their 3-bedroom suite was very spacious. The suite we got reminded me of my last stay, but the outside view is facing the opposite (the Kuningan area which is perfect for New Year's f...

I booked the hotel for my mum to attend a wedding in Jakarta. I was so amazed on how the communication went so well between me in New Zealand and the hotel crew. I asked them if they can checked them in earlier and make the check-in efficient and easy for an elderly. Mum told me that they treat them with respect and kind mannerisms. Easy check-in and hospitable. Th...

Great location, just 1 block from Sudirman road where all main banks' HQ are located. The building is not easy too find, since the sign is not too clear from the road, and there are 2 Fraser residence (one is a hotel and the other is an apartment) in the same area, but have different entrance. This one is very close to a convenience store. It has a very high security w...

Given the frenetic rhythm of Jakarta, I felt completely comfortable and removed from the city's chaos when I stayed at the Manhattan Hotel for the last couple of nights of my two-month stint in Malang, East Java. The value for the money is exceptional; breakfast buffet is delightful, multi-country, and abundant, and the rooms are very-well appointed with a luxurious, e...

This was my third time staying in Oakwood premier cozmo kuningan. As always they exceeded the highest standards of five stars hotel 1. Check in was smooth and fast 2. We stayed in one bedroom executive, th room was very nice and clean, the room comes with full kitchenette, medium refrigerator, washing machine, two TVs 3. The housekeeping and customer service...

Stay for 1 night at this hotel. This is first time for me to stay here. This unit is more than my expect I usually book other hotel for 2 bedroom more than 1,8 mio. So i dont expected more for somerset. But when i arrived, hmmm it's very comfort. Complete facility. There are swimming pool for kid also, play room, play ground, spa, gym and many more. For room is so clea...

This is a hotel located within the business and embassy area of Jakarta. The main road leading up to it is perpetually busy, and getting to it from the airport took all of 2 hours during the 5pm rush hour. When I got there, check in was smooth, and even though the room they gave did not have a preferred double bed, it was clean and spacious for the price point. The sho...

The security of the hotel is top notch and well thought out. From moving the entrance not facing the main street, K9, speed bumps, security staff on the lower and upper ground levels, card access to elevators, etc. The location is fantastic, in the Kuningan business district and close to many embassies. Also very close to many shopping areas. The staff are very courteo...

its nicely located hotel. with a balenese touch in all the decor in the hotel. the locaiton is good to access Gatot subroto as well as kuningan and Rasuna Said. best location to say.. for any business traveller. the rooms are old style. and not new furniture. good breakfast too. liked the hotel

Staff were friendly, food were great and the stay was fabulous. The room was upgraded from the one I booked and it was quite spacious. The only drawback, the pool is fairly small for a 5 star hotel, it was indoor and nicely set however, small. I guess there's nothing you can do about this.

another excellent stay. the staffs went beyond polite and courteous, they were friendly, warm and helpful. shortly after chk-in, i asked for a change of room bcos we felt this room was smaller than the usual, eventhough they explained there's no difference in room sizes. they comply to this request anyway. guest : satisfied. we had several friends who came over one ...

At first, I didn't know what to expect when I booked the hotel. All I was concerned about was getting an affordable place to stay at Kuningan area, because I would have a few meetings there. The hotel turned out to be much better than expected; the rooms are very new and internet was fast. Breakfast was good too. Although the road was small (it was housing area at the...

Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan located in the heart of Jakarta, near many embassies and of course shopping center. I like its swimming pool which enhanced with Balinese style gazebo. Buffet breakfast was nice, even though salmon wasn't so fresh but all other were delicious. Very big and clean room with all 5 stars facilities you can expect, even Ritz Carlton chocolates, a...

Was staying for a night. Definitely your best value for money option in Kuningan area. Slightly difficult to get into the hotel if you dont know the way, as it is actually located at the very end of a smaller street (though you could actually see the hotel clearly from Kuningan). No fuss with the check in/check out. Decent room. Big parking space. Definitely an option...

aston rasuna is location on good location at kuningan area. surrounded by dining place and entertainment. such as rasuna epicentrum and pasar festival. also have easy way to shopping place like grand indonesia and plaza indonesia (luxury shopping mall) and also for batik lover and looking for souvenir can go easy to thamrin city and sarinah thamrin. find the gro...

I recently undertook a 6 week consultancy post in Jakarta and previously had stayed in one of the city centre 5 star hotels. It was fine, it could have been in Jakarta, New York, Glasgow or anywhere in the world. What is more it was about 5km from where I was working which meant a taxi/ car ride of anything between 20 minutes and 2 hours depending upon the prevailing t...

First of all, it is a 3 star hotel so we did not expect a 5 star hotel experience staying here. So my honest and humble review will be based on my expectation and experience of a semi budget 3 star hotel. It’s a very comfortable, new, modern and clean hotel for its price and location. The standard / deluxe room is very spacious at 24 sqm. I checked their suite room w...

We stayed in this Patra Kuningan Hotel, it's quite centralise as it is in Kuningan, However, it is not like you are staying in the City. Your view is landen house and in front of the hotel (across the road) is Kali Cideng and it's greeneries. On thing I am not that compfortable with is the unpleasant smell of Kali Cideng when we first arrived. But good thing is that...

The hotel’s location is strategically located in Kuningan area(business district). I think none of the similar hotel near the area can beat An hotel’s rate. Their staffs are quite friendly. Toiletries are decent. However, the room is small but feels modern minimalist. I have to be honest, they have to improve the cleanliness of the room. The floor is dusty, the chair i...

We stayed 3 nights at the Green Bamboo Residence. Our first visit to Jakarta so did not now anything about this large capital, so when I booked the room through Agoda it was due to good price and the location seemed alright. The hotel is situated in Kuningan, South Jakarta. Not far to shopping- and business district, however it is hidden in a small local area surround...

I chose YELLO because it was not too far from Kuningan. Everything exceeded my expectations from the charming location on a street with trees (rare in Jakarta) to the friendly staff, the large comfy room and the cool design/vibe of the hotel. Great value for money.

Location wise, it is one of the best but the surrounding is not the best. Located within the residential area of Setiabudi and you can get taxi within seconds once you walk to the main street outside the hotel roughly about 300 meters. Due to it location, you can go to any part of Jakarta Pusat within minutes. Many local street food and restaurants are within 400 meter...
Cheap places to stay in Kuningan

If you don't expect hotel-type of facilities and room, then you won't be disappointed when you stay here. The price was affordable, so that's great. Location wise, it is very strategically located, with many restaurants/cafes nearby. The staff were also nice and friendly though I have no idea why they didn't clean the hotel room daily unless requested. In terms of faci...

The hotel location is in the central part of Jakarta, near to Sudirman and Kuningan Area (strategic location). Room was clean and comfortable, but interior outside the room was old and a bit dusty. A bit noisy outside, because they also rent the room for professional worker and student also. Overall is just okay hotel. If you have short visit in Jakarta, and looking f...

Great location close to Halim Airport, but not the Cengkareng/Soekarno Hatta airport. The room is very basic. The bedsheet is not super dirty but not exactly clean either. The other rooms are used for monthly boarding rooms by employees working around the Kuningan areas. The staff is just this one nice lady who is very helpful. You'll be required to deposit 300,000 Ru...

This is a perfect place to calm down, after busy Jakarta! The room is in the second floor and there's an incredible view of the balcony over the nearby smaller houses and the skyline. Just the entrance is a little hard to find (there's a small corridor excatly on the right hand side of the mosque) and the staff doesn't speak English (but Google translate helps). The su...

The location tag on Agoda's map is wrongly placed. The location is accurate on RedDoorz website, but still hard to negotiate and find through small roads. The hotel is accessible through Jl. Genteng Ijo from Jl. Karet Pedurenan, look for the first left turn (to the West) upon entering Jl. Genteng Ijo from the junction with Indomaret Plus/Plaza 68. On Google Maps, it is...

I’ve booked and paid for my room but on the day when I reached they said rooms were full asked us to come back tomorrow. Omg... we had to stay a night in Mcd. Even they gave us the replacement I still think this shouldn’t happen at all. On top of that, it would be the most unforgettable & unfortunate experienced to stay here because all my money for my visa gone. They...

Our first visit to Jakarta so did not now anything about this large capital, so when I booked the room through Agoda it was due to good price and the location seemed alright. I was booked for double room, but when I check in the staff informed me that there is no room for double room, so they looked room from another residence arround. it's about one block from verde. and the staff also asked me to pay deposit idr 200k, and i won't pay it because there is no information when I booked on agoda.

We chose to stay in the hotel due to its location in Kuningan. It is located in a residential area just a stone throw away from the main business district. Room rate was admittedly cheap, so we expect a very basic room. That's okay for us, yet the cleanliness standard left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was dirty, the sheets looked like it had not been changed and h...

Hotel access is good, in the heart of the city. The room is big enough, quite clean and have some closet. Cheap laundry facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lif and it's help a lot. But no daily toiletries and they did not change the towels every day. But overall good and worthed, this hotel will be on my list.

This is our second time staying in this hotel and we love being in the area for it's practically minutes of walking to the Jakarta's Golden Triangle Area, making it easy to find any kinds of transportation, but we also love the fact that it is located in a neighborhood and you can feel the ambiance of a residential area rather than a tourist area. This is also a bit of...

When I arrived to hotel they told me that its over booked and ask me to go other hotel which is hidden on small street. That place also representative on Agoda, but cheaper. I already paid by card and it was not refundable, some more they ask me for security deposit 200k. Personal almost don’t speak in English, so i can’t comunicate with them at all. Room wasn’t clean,...

it's just a short walk to busway shelter karet kuningan and setiabudi one. you can also get everything nearby, and gojeks are everywhere. i only got trouble with the main lighting around 10.30PM and the staff changed it. but, it turned out to be dimmer. i should be asking for another change but i was just too tired. above all, this is a worth staying

Location: Located on very small alley. forget about bringing your car Facilities: Dorm standard. In my case: there's no facilities because staff forget to provide, even after I asked several times. She promised to bring it to my room, but never showed up. Staff: Very Bad! Now I know why the rate is very low. Overall: I won't recommend this place to stay for anyone

Location wise, it is one of the best but the surrounding is not the best. When i arrived it was raining and i couldn't get inside because the front door was locked. The staff was quite confused about me and nor very welcome, though i booked the room weeks before. The location is very good, but it's located in a very small road, fit 1 car in line. 30 mins after waiting for my room i decided to book another hotel and moved right away. I could ...
