This hotel is outstanding in various ways. The expansive lobby affords a picturesque view of the bridge, where guests can relax. The room is big and exquisitely Japanese in design. Our accommodation also offers a glimpse of a bridge. There are two large and one private onsens. The onsen is very spacious, and when relaxing in the pond, one can view the gorgeous bridge from one of the onsen. There is a selection of buffet-style meals for breakfast and dinner, which are both good. Excellent service and location. Only 7 minutes to the Kurobe George line Unazuki station. Highly suggest this hotel.

The hot spring is set with awesome view, Buffet with wide range of choice , especially we love the morning buffet. And it is very close to the station for Kurobe railway ! Overall , we enjoy our stay here

A very luxurious and grand view onsen ryokan”
The hotel provides grand feeling to accommodate customers. The location is near the train station. The staffs are friendly and very offer very good hospitality when we stay. The open air onsen rooms have an amazing view and nice design. The dinner is luxurious. The hotel also offers shuttle bus to shinkansen station. Overall, it's one of the most wonderful stay we have in Japan so far.

Great views and buffet restaurant ”
Modern and well designed facilities with a great breakfast and dinner buffet restaurant, this hotel is very popular during the holiday season, so it felt a bit crowded during Covid. Still a wonderful experience nonetheless.

This onsen district feels somewhat old. Some hotels are run down and may even be out of business. View from the hotel is excellent. Service is also great.

Every item is great and enjoyable when you stayed at Yamanoha. Both room and onsen can enjoy Kurobe Gorge view. The dinner and breakfast buffet are delicios with many choices. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The hotel is newly renovated and provide free shuttle to Shinkansen station

We are total 6 family members stay for 1 night . Excellent & worth for the value . Good onsen facility . We really enjoy . Good buffet dinner & breakfast . Good location where you can easily explore the small town by foot . Just 5mins walk to the small train station where the entrance to Kurobe Gorge . Lovely view from my room facing the 2 rail and road bridges and the mountain with autmn colours as backdrop. Good place to stay and move about in town especially close to the railway station and the kurobe gorge railway.

A hotel with good onsen and good food”
Likely the biggest hotel there which captures a magnificent view of the hill, river and the red bridge no matter you view from the lobby or the onsen. Good service, good Japanese self served dinner. You can eat as much as you can including the famous Japanese crab, 松葉蟹 that is big and fresh. Rooms are big and of Japanese style. Onsen is really relaxing.
