Superb location”
I got free breakfast at my stay which was buffet style. The location is right next to the Yubatake so you can just go out, walk around and come back in. Their onsen section is great and the room you get is traditional looking with all amenities. The only trouble I had was the wi-fi wasn’t showing up in my room at first but we got that fixed right away.

Great Value for Money”
We stayed in a Japanese style room with tatami mats with a view of the Yubatake and it was good! I was almost gonna cancel because of some negative reviews but the room we stayed for 4 was very good value for money, very nice location and well-appointed. The view of the Yubatake from day to night was nice addition to our stay. There were complimentary snacks, the staff came just in time to set up the beddings and there was free access to the hot bath area. Although we went to a bigger Onsen bath. The elevator sensors were not working very well and the carpets to the room may be very run down but we didn't mind much.

Love the location. Close to all amenities. However the hotel is a little dated. Onsen within hotel is small and basic. Outdoor onsen not hot.

Convenient Location”
The Yubatake is just outside the hotel and it's good to see the morning and the night view of the Yubatake. There is a public onsen for foot right next to Yubatake. Good for a winter trip after walking outdoor for a while. The famous Sai No Kawara Outdoor Bath is 15 minutes walk from the Yubatake and along the road there are some nice shops for food and for souvenirs. For the hotel, the onsens(both outdoor and indoor ones) are good. The decoration of the hotel is traditional and the dinner and breakfast are great!

Big hotel, town center.”
The biggest hotel in the center of town. The location could not be better. Parking lot is off site, but understandable considering the location right in the center of an old, traditional hot spring town. The hotel is a little worn, but not too bad.

Perfect location, great food”
Pros: location is 5 min walk from the bus terminus and right by the yubatake. We had breakfast and dinner included, both of which were superb and made our stay very good value. Staff were very friendly and helpful, so in the event our non-existant Japanese and their limited English was not an issue. Cons: the decor is a little run down, but the rooms were comfortable nonetheless.

Hotel is at the Yubatake and walking distance to the attractions. There are many shops nearby too. Hotel is very old; same as my room. There was smell in the toilet too. I'll only recommend this place for its location and not the room accommodation.

Good Location and Dining Service”
The location is good and have parking (shuttle service also included), both dinner and breakfast quality is excellent and unexpected, they have many choices and eat until you full! Arcade game center and convenience store just near by. But Wifi signal only available in lobby area, also the hot spring is quite small and didn't have many choice as expected. Overall, it is a good stay!
