Roompot Vakanties will send a booking confirmation within 24 hours after booking with information detailed deposit and payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. If the full amount is not paid before arrival, it may happen that your property is no longer available.
Credit card information can be asked to secure your booking. These will not be used to collect the payment.
Please inform us when your expected arrival time is after 5 pm. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that bookings of 3 or more guests, a deposit of EUR 500 will be charged per person.
If this booking is for a family with small children, the deposit will be EUR 50 per person.
Bookings of 2 guests will be charged a deposit of EUR 65 per bungalow.
Any deposit applicable for a reservation is due before arrival. Please contact the property for further details.
This deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after booking via bank transfer and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
When travelling with pets, please note that confirmation of the accommodation is required before arrival.
You can request a pet stay via the Special Request box.
An extra charge of EUR 5,- per night per pet applies. Please note that when traveling with pets, the cleaning fee is mandatory.
Please note that the final cleaning is optional: the apartment must be left clean or an extra fee of EUR 65 to EUR 69 will apply. For arrivals on 22-05, 24-05 and 02-06 the final cleaning is mandatory.
Bed linen are optional as well; guests can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them at an extra cost of EUR 8.50 (bed linen) and 13.50 (bed linen and towels) per person.
