We loved Kuta circle homestay! Having access to the kitchen to make free extra pancakes in the morning on top of breakfast was amazing! Location was excellent! Great place to socialize but still have your own space

The only bad thing was the location close to the main road/round about (so not that relaxing) and the fact that the rooms are notlike the photos! There's only a bed and that's it, good for a budget place but if you expect a nice place with desk and so on (like most places), they givr you the room without anything.

clean room for a very low price, very good breakfast included, free coffee and tea the whole day, water refilling is possible, nice social space to stay with others, very helpful staff, a bit outside but otherwise it is silent relaxing place

Good place for budget backpackers I suppose”
While service is good, the place lacks charm and attention to details. Room (deluxe) walls need cleaning or recoloring. Shower water had sulfur smell on first use. Not a charming place to stay while on vacation, there are much better places for that..for more money, that is. After staying one night and looking around (bike rent is good price) we stayed in Kuta Cabana Lodge. Wow, what a change!

In general this place is amazing, I would definitely recommend it. Having use of the kitchen is really good and the staff are all lovely. We booked a standard room and it smelt of varnish, but they moved us into another room straight away. The basic rooms are very basic/you get what you pay for (no sink), however the deluxe room was really lovely, clean, everything you need.

Good bang for your buck”
Helpful Mega, the young girl at the reception. Clean room. The AC is the best in town! Internet in the room is good. They serve you breakfast on morning and you can also use the outside kitchen to make your own meal. Free coffee/tea. Quiet at night. 7 minutes walk to the beach! Little con, your are not in the middle of the action, but with all the motorbikes here, you don't want to be in the middle of the action anyway.

This place has great air con rooms with big comfy beds. Also the breakfast is quiet nice and you can have coffee any time you like. the staff is super nice and helpful, over all it was a great stay. The rooms need a little bit of paint but I'm pretty sure they are working on it. Great place if you are traveling with a budget!

We stayed in the deluxe bungalow, a very nice and large room with private bath , AC, front porch. WiFi worked well. Cold water shower standard. Beautiful facility with friendly staff, community kitchen and free breakfast including do it yourself pancakes. TP upon request. Grocery store next door. Short bike to main road, beaches a little farther. A budget flashpacker’s oasis.

This is one of those you get what you pay for kinda place. It's cheap, so don't expect much. One fan in the room, shower, toilet, no sink - that's about it. The free breakfast is good. Especially since you can cook your own pancakes after too. It's about a 10-15 min walk to the beach from the hostel. We rented scooters from reception

Dissappointing”
We dont understand the good ratings of this accomodation. The room was okay, the bathroom was terrible with cold water out of old, rusty shower head; the sink was alike. The breakfast was okay and there was free coffee all day. It is located 10-15mins from the beach, 5-10mins from the "center" of Lombok.

Relax almost at home”
The place is very cute,the rooms are really basic,at least the cheapest one. The staff is nice and the atmosphere is perfect.the best thing is that you have a kitchen where you can actually cook and it is perfect to socialize.

Good room, not much else.”
The room we had was very nice, spacious and clean. The bathroom had a good layout and was also spacious but the shower absolutely stank of sulphur (rotten egg) and was ice cold. The breakfast was good and you can make more pancakes yourself afterwards but there was no milk provided for the free tea or coffee. The main staff member was a bit off. He made everything seem like such a burden and spoke very little English. Do NOT do laundry here!! They gave it back over 24 hours late meaning we nearly missed our bus and it was still wet!

Cheap but that's it”
REALLY basic rooms and whole place needs an investment in money because it has potential. wifi was weak in rooms but strong in communal area which wasn't that great to hang out in. had bed bugs on sheets when i arrived but they quickly changed sheets. there's better options out there.

The staff at Kuta Circle Homestay are fantastic and very helpful. If it's your first time in Kuta, it's not the ideal place to stay, meaning, you relatively far from amazing beaches. It's about a 10 minute walk to the "main" beach street that has all the restaurants and shops. Room was clean and swimming pool great. Room could have extra little bedside table in, which would be great. All in all, thanks to Ya, I landed up having a good stay. Breakfast was excellent, thank you.
