Would stay here again!”
Came with a friend after climbing Rinjani and it was the perfect place to rest and unwind. Rooms are housed in separate structures so it was almost like staying in a villa without breaking the bank! Very comfortable and rustic, wooden floors, four-poster bed and very high ceiling, bathroom (shower area especially) very large so ideal for washing off after going to the beach. Plenty of shampoo and liquid soap to use. The food at the attached restaurant, Third Moon Cafe, was consistently excellent. Very tasty, always well-presented, and the local Sasak cuisine was the best we found in Kuta. Especially recommend their ayam bakar taliwang (grilled chicken taliwang), personally I thought it was better than rendang! Staff were always friendly, helpful, and willing to give advice. Their easy smiles were such a contrast to the surliness we encountered at Senggigi. We wanted to rent scooters and they had them available right after we arrived. Hotel wasn't perfect but then again people don't come to Kuta to get pampered! When we checked in the staff apologetically told us the TV did not work in our room, it was no problem though as we never would have used it anyway! Half of the rooms (including ours) backed onto the main road so with little soundproofing, the motorcycles were often quite loud. Not a big deal during the day, and it was generally more quiet at nighttime. For me the real annoyance was the mosquitoes in our room - I was bitten and woken several times by their buzzing, and I had to slather on repellent before going to bed. They only stopped biting when we bought mosquito coils from a nearby convenience store. Hopefully the other guests had less of a problem than we did. Overall I would still give Kuta Cove a 7.5 or 8/10... mosquitoes and noise did not ruin our stay!

A very friendly, well run and clean hotel with”
We enjoyed our stay at Kuta Cove hotel. The staff were friendly, and organised car transport to a number of beaches on the south coast. The rooms were spacious and clean, the free breakfast was good. Travelling with 5 people, they put an extra mosquito net in 1 of the rooms with an extra bed, then gave us a third bungalow, so there were no problems with the booking. The woman at reception is nice and helpful, the location is central for Kuta Lombok to restaurants and the beach. Staff will organise reliable transport to other beaches for sightseeing.

Spacious but dark and noisy rooms”
I was dissapointed by the rooms at Kuta Cove. For the price paid I expected something a bit nicer and more thought out. The setting of the hotel is nice, with the villas making a circe around a central garden. One only needs to walk a few minutes to get to the beach. The problem is that a number of the villas are very noisy due to the many loud motorbikes passing by. We were told about this as soon as we checked in and chenged room after our first night to get away from the noise. The room was large in size and had a comfortable and big bed. The room looks nice, with a lot of wood. The TV however is ridiculously small. Not that I wanted to watch TV but if you are going to put a TV in a hotel room then make it a decent sized TV, not something the size of an iPad. The room was also badly lit. The hotel is supposed to have wifi but we had trouble connecting to it. Either the wifi could not be found or the signal was very weak. On the odd occassion that we did manage to connect, the connection was frustratingly slow (compared to other hotels around indonesia). The bathroom is spacious but old. The tap is old and rusty and the shower is not very modern. It takes a long time to get hot water, and sometimes it seemed impossible to get hot water. No toiletries were provided. Overall, I was expecting a very confortable (perhaps even luxurious) place. A quiet place to relax and unwind for a few days. Unfortunately Kuta Cove did not offer this. Given the price and the name Sultan Suite, I was expecting something a little bit better than a dark room with an aging bathroom and poor wifi. Personally I will not stay here again.

Best and nice hotel”
Location very good near to Indomaret and Kuta Beach. Stay 2 night and 2 rooms. Have interconneting room. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. I ask to extend another 1 day and the manager/supervisor (forget his name) give me a lot of discount for both room. I pay in rupiah. Very recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kute Cove Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is located just a short walk away from a great beach and a lot of nice restaurants are within the area. Definitely recommended place to stay.

Good place to stay at.”
The location of the place was great, close to everything. The hotel management provided us with a free scooter during the days we stayed there, very nice! The bungalows looked great surrounded by a nice pool. The rooms were a bit old and the bed was quite bad and noisy. The barhroom was clean but no hot water during our stay and no pressure in the shower or tap. The sewer stinked quite bad as well. Additionally, no room service was provided during our stay, they didnt clean it or change the sheets. New towels were provided, but only when asked.

Staff was super friendly and they were very helpful in correcting a mistake I make in my booking. The pool is fantastic and the rooms are spacious. The hotel has a beautiful new restaurant and is only a short walk from the beach.

Above and beyond excellent service”
The staff were amazingly helpful. They exceeded anything I have ever seen in terms of service. After a moped accident (be careful!) they helped us through the difficult process of getting everything sorted out. The quality of care was incredible and the hotel was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious.!

This hotel is very nice for people seeking a good value for money. Willa is absolutely nice and very helpful whatever the time you ask for something. The room was nice, bed comfortable. The only thing that we can reproach is the noisy surrounding in the morning and in the evening. Except that it was a nice stay

Good location, decent value for money”
We only stayed one night, and though it was a good place for a stop over. The rooms are relatively clean (bathrooms could have been cleaner) and it is located just a few minutes walk from Kuta Beach. Staff also helped us rent a scooter, which was great.

One of the better hotels in kuta ”
The rooms were dark and a little noisy. You are always aware of your neighbors and the Main Street next to the hotel. Staff was helpful and the pool was nice. We would recommend this hotel, it was much better than another hotel close to it.

Kuta Cove stay”
Pleasant bungalow at first sight nearby the Kuta beach in a lively area if you avoid going during Ramadan month. Average hotel with very basic facilities and no hot water that night. Wild dogs wander around and one of them decided to sleep by our room door preventing us from going out.

Would NEVER stay here again!”
I initially booked three nights at Kuta Cove but only stayed for one. First night I arrived I was transferred to another hotel down the road as I was told that my room was unavailable due to maintenance. Which later one of the staff accidentally leaked that they had double booked. Which I can understand happens, but wish they had been honest from the start. Luckily the referred hotel, Kutamara, was very pleasant. I was given the choice to either stay at Kutamara or return back to Kuta Cove for the duration of my stay in Lombok. However, to avoid the hassle of refunding to pay for the new hotel I decided to return to Kuta Cove. Big mistake. The 'hotel' (which is a stretch) is on the corner of an intersection so it is very loud until the wee hours of the night from motorbikes and people out on the streets. The walls are paper thin and the bathroom is divided only by a partition with the neighboring room so everything can be heard. There is no wifi in the rooms and poor lighting so there's barely any light at night. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone else!

Comfortable. You can just stay there without going anywhere and feel happy and relaxed. The bed was comfortable. The room was big and spacious too. Staff are happy to help with anything.

the stay was just marvellous as the staff made all efforts to make our stay memorable. the food and lodgings are very basic ... the TV was not even functioning and the showers and accessories almost rundown ... even the roof was leaking at a few spots .. but we were not too concerned ... as we were there for the countryside and the beaches not for a 6 star hotel stay ... besides its value for money..

The staff members are very friendly and helpful! Knows how to get around and helped us contact a scuba diving place. They really did go beyond to help us. Downside was that although the room was nice and big the toilet/bathroom was odd and the ventilation wasn't great so it smelt. The air on was also week so we was extremely hot. Apart from that we did enjoy our stay!

Nothing fantastic about this hotel. Booked Reges Suite and Kaisar Suite, one room is two super single bed and the other is king size bed. Based on agoda saying it's connecting room but the connecting door was blocked by a wardrobe. Toilet abit too old and dirty. I think the hotel using generator to generate the electricity. Lights will go from bright to dim and aircon temperature on n off. One of the room lights was too dim. It took us one whole night to charge our mobile phone. Only one mobile phone cannot connect to wifi but can only use at the dining area. Television only two tv programme and it's not clear. Good thing about this hotel is it's very near to eateries and beach and not forgetting the tea and coffee.
