Very good hotel”
the kuta indah hotel is located very close to the wonderful beaches of kuta bay on lombok island. the location is very quiet and peaceful. you can sit on the balcony of your room at night and all you can hear is the sound of silence. the gardens at the hotel are beautiful and well kept, the swimming pool is clean and looked after. very close to the hotel are some wonderful eating places, the food was always good and at a good price. we hired a motorbike during our stay for only per day. airport transport can be arranged at the hotel. overall we would recommend this hotel.

very good place. go for the Superior Room ”
we came here after spending one terrible night down the street at Lombok Holiday hotel, which is a total dump. this place is WAY better, and actually cheaper. the grounds are very nice with lots of open space for kids, with big palm trees. very well-kept and clean. pool is great. breakfast is simple but fine. staff is nice and helpful. we looked at all the rooms, including the bungalows and decided to go for the Superior Room. it's certainly not luxury, but it's comfortable and suited our needs just fine. the hotel is safe and secure, just on the edge of town, but only 5 minutes to the main road by motorbike, where all the restaurants are. you can also easily walk there, if you prefer. Kuta is an awesome little town, friendly people and gorgeous nearby beaches. lots of cool new restaurants opening nearby as well. my criticisms of Kuta Indah are that they charged us 50,000Rp for an extra mattress for our child (way too much) and the wifi is terrible. but hey, that's Lombok!

Good Stay”
stayed 5 nights at the deluxe room and enjoyed what the hotel had to offer. although the hotel is one of the older hotels in kuta, lombok, with it´s renovations it offers a good stay and for sure worth it´s money. the swimmingpool is clean; the staff very friendly; quite atomsphere; breakfast suitable. kuta itself still has it´s own character due to the friendly people. we recommend to hire a car or scooter to explore nearby beaches. surfers go to the gerupuk-beach. all in all enjoyed and when visiting kuta lombok again for sure will book again at kuta indah.

Quiet hotel just at the edge of the road.”
Kuta Indah is a great hotel. Quietly located just at the end of the major road, it was a quick 2 minute walk into down town Kuta. Hotel was clean, had good food, and friendly staff. the gardens were beautiful, pool was nice, and hotel was accommodating.

Decent hotel matched by its not-so-expensive price”
We stayed at Kuta Indah Lombok for two nights I believe. Upon reacing the hotel, we were given the privilege of being able to choose between Deluxe and Supreme rooms, the Supreme rooms being of a cheaper price but are newly renovated. We decided to go with Supreme despite already have paid a bit more for two Deluxe rooms as the Deluxe room were really not up to standards. One of the bathtubs had a cricket in it. The Supreme rooms were much well maintained, however, as they are newly renovated. Highly recommended for one to go for the new rooms.

Lovely quiet hotel with stunning view”
room and bathroom were a bit tired but still nice, big and clean. private balcony had superb view over field with water buffalo, and the ocean beyond. the manager/ owner was very pleasant. breakfast was good. wifi wasn't working.the hotel is at the quiet end of kuta beach but only 10 mins walk into the centre. plenty of bars/restaurants along the road. you need to hire a scooter to explore nearby beaches which are much nicer than kuta itself.

Good price for decent clean room with nice pool.”
Kuta Indah was a great place to stay. The room was spacious and spotless (dark furniture makes everything looks great). Each room has a front porch to relax and faces the swimming pool. All the furniture look new and (some) room has TV and AC. Bathroom was spacious also. We checked in the date after not realizing we booked it on the wrong date but the hotel staff tells us we can just stay the extra day without any hassle. We ended staying for 2 extra nights. Outside the hotel is a big restaurant and bike rental across the street. The only minor flaws with this place are that the AC takes a long time to cool down the room and it is a bit far to walk into the core of town (both are not a big deal though but just wanted to declare).

nice pool and large, well-kept grounds. definitely the best budget hotel option in the Kuta area. breakfast was reasonably nice. rooms are comfortable, though not exactly "luxury." tip: go for the rooms in the main building, which are way better than the cabanas. Kuta is a gorgeous place, gorgeous beaches and great little restaurants. it's one of the most underrated destinations in Indonesia -- an undiscovered gem. we stayed for a few weeks and loved every minute! for surfers, it's a much better option than over-crowded Bali.

I always enjoy staying at Kuta Indah, but due to ill health I needed to cancel my trip losing not only my airfare but 10 days accommodation at Kuta Indah, but I will stay again in October of this year.

Perfect for backpackers”
This place is perfect for backpackers who would like to explore the area around Kuta. The hotel is located not far from the centre of Kuta and in the middle of all the beautiful beaches. Staff super friendly, chilled pool area and big rooms. Breakfast not the best but the prices are more than fair.

Parts of the Kuta Indah are in need of some maintenance however the rooms are spacious, cleaned every day and TV and air conditioner worked fine. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak but always hot water. The pool was clean and a nice addition. For what you pay I think it represents good value

One of the best hotel to stay in Kuta Lombok”
Friendly staffs at check in, no hassle at all. We asked for extra bed, and the rate is cheap for that service. The room is nice with terrace and the garden is good. Swimming pool is not excellent, but still fine to take a dip in a hot day. Good value for money to choose in Kuta Lombok area

Nice centrally located hotel with friendly staff, ”
This is a budget hotel located about a 10 minute walk from the resturants of main Kuta Lombok. Many of beautiful beaches within 10 minutes by motor bike. Staff are very friendly and relaxed, the bunglow we had was a superior room with air con and Satellite TV with 2 movies channels, a good size pool with beautiful palm trees and plants. The garden area around the bungalow and pool could be kept better but it is a budget hotel. Would recommend it to people who want a reasonably prices, clean and comfortable place to stay. Would not recommend a standard room as there is only a fan and the heat is overwhelming, no TV or fridge.

Good Service but in need of a Renovation”
As we were trying to book ahead for our trip, we ended up staying at Kuta Indah because it was on the only hotel that had vacancies and would take online reservations. When we arrived, I thought we had lucked out. The grounds and outsides of the buildings are nice, and upon check in, we were told that we had been upgraded to a "deluxe" room. The room was fine...but certainly not deluxe. Our room was in the "hotel," which sits at the front of the property. I'm assuming that the other rooms in the hotel are like ours....badly in need of an upgrade (dirty tiles, rusty or broken fixtures, old musty linens). There are several separate bungalows on the property around the pool, and I am left wondering what they looked like inside. The food in the restaurant is very overpriced. There's a great cafe a few steps down the street towards town. Overall, I was satisfied. The room was cheap and, while outside the main drag, the hotel was close enough that we could walk to the beach or other restaurants.

surfing holiday in kuta lombok”
stayed at kutah indah twice before but had cottage room this time great location just a little away from the main street so in nice and quite and relaxing the staff here are such great people.the large pool is never crowded and is big enough to swim a couple of laps. ive met some fellow surfers here and made some good friends.

quite far from main attraction. but pretty ok”
was staying for one night only, since Kuta area is easier to reach from the new airport in Praya, central Lombok. the hotel apparently quite far from main interest of Kuta beach where all the hotels, cafes are lining up. the hotel is quite old, but still well maintained. the room i chose was one with the fan. it is simple and quite small, but not so bad. the overall area of hotel is quite beautiful with the hill on the side, a small but clean swimming pool and a nice garden. breakfast was served alright. it was an Indonesian breakfast with choice of coffee or tea and juices. in the morning, when it's clear sky, you can see the beach in front which is just about 50meters across the street.

excellent value!”
after a disappointing experience at a Selong belanak hotel, we moved here and stayed five days and loved it. beautiful pool, peaceful atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff. A short walk to downtown and excellent restaurants but not in the heavy tourist district. A foreign food store called Temptations right next store. Breakfasts were basic, but filling and made to order. All this for half the price of the "rustic huts" in Selling Belanak. I give this hotel and EXCELLENT rating.

Decent hotel with nice pool and quiet location”
I had a room in the front building and not a bungalow. Room was basic but quite large. Cable tv with a few English channels. There is nothing fancy about this place but it was clean, comfortable, and (I felt)secure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was o.k. (the food in Lombok is not great anywhere) but it was more expensive than others and they also added tax and service fee to the bill. Internet in common areas. Location a little outside of Kuta center and beaches but not too far if you have a motobike. Benefit to this is it is quiet. There are lots of homestays around that are much cheaper and just as nice (other than the pool maybe).

Old, rundown, mosquitoes, over-priced ”
Kuta Indah was in a decent location - you really do need motorbikes to get around in Kuta Lombok, especially to the nicer beaches and restaurants. It is very close to the amazing Ashtari restaurant and yoga studio. We had a bungalow with king bed, and it was really not great - very old and run down, far too old. The air-con wasn't great, the bathroom was terrible, and the worst part was the room was completely infested with mosquitoes. The staff gave us mosquito repellent coils but they didn't stop us for being eaten alive both nights. I'm sure there must be nicer hotels in Kutah for that price . Kuta Lombok had the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen - it was a shame to have to go home to that room at the end of the night.

Happy, Satisfaction, Informative”
During my stays at Kuta Indah was really happy where I do not feel alone at all. The hotels staffs are nice and friendly and constantly checking if I do need anything and helps. The foods are fantastic especially the local foods (Satay, Fried Rice, Chicken Soto and their in house Papaya jam). Also, easy access to the nice beaches around like Seger Beach, Tanjung Aan and Mawun beach. I like the quietness of the place where I do enjoying the whole time. Although the pool is bit too small but I can have my swim there.
