"Booked this hotel because we arrived in Bali midnite and didn't expect that with below 300K/nite we would have an exceptional clean room, quite spacious, fresh design and complete facility, we even have a hairdryer in bathroom which normally won't be able in other hotel with the same price. The service was excellent, all staff were nice, and helpful. what a great experience staying here. Location wise, this hotel is close to airport, so it's good when you're catching a first flight or arrived in Bali around midnite. But not close to tourist attraction like Kuta beach. But overall, We really pleased and satisfied staying in this hotel. Would definitely recommend this and come back here. Really hope they'll successfully maintain the service and facility. "

"This was our 5th time to stay at Ranmada Bintang Bali Resort. Some changes are taking place, and one staff person told us that beginning in April it would no longer be called "Ramada..." The bathroom had been nicely renovated with new faucets, and the grounds are magnificent. However, my wife and I felt that the food selection at the buffet breakfast was not up to par. The adjacent Bintang KUTA hotel is considerably cheaper and newer, although we have preferred the Ramada Bintang BALI for relaxing and enjoying a vacation. The staff are competent and very helpful. "

"I loved my stay at Pondok Denayu and used it as a home base in Kuta going to Ubud and Gili Trawangan. The price was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a/c, flat screen cable TV with news from around the world in various languages. Also wifi which was a little slow but that is the provider's fault. Cold water shower but did not need hot water. I did not take breakfast there but it looked good that is why I give it a 4 for dining. The Staff, especially Ilu was very very helpful in getting transport to Ubud and to the Gili Islands. It is very quiet being at the end of an alley called King Kong…there is a very nice restaurant offering pizza and Indonesian dishes just a short distance away, on the way to the main road, shopping and beach, as well as two mini-marts and local food vendors as well. I will definitely go back to Pondok Denayu next time I come to Bali again…hoping for next year. I give it my highest recommendation…you cannot beat it for the price and comfort."

"i brought my parents for a 4d3n trip to bali for the first time and been looking for a suitable hotel and this was a last minute trip so i actually booked this hotel a day before arriving after going through several selection of hotels. kuta paradiso hotel is amazingly located at the most strategic location nearby kuta square and lots of eating outlets stone throw away. though the poolview indicates that you are able to see the beach, but in reality the scenery of the beach is well blocked by tall trees, so if you're getting deluxe poolview, expect just the poolview and nothing more. nevertheless, it is just by the beach, you can access to the beach through a side exit of the hotel (as you walk out of the lobby, immediately turn left to an area that looks like parking lot and you will find an exit). hotel has full facility, staffs from reception to bellboy to waiter/waitress were all very warm and welcoming, kudos for the very polite culture! the room is up to my expectation as what i would get of a deluxe room, and that comes with free buffet breakfast which has reasonable selection of american/local breakfast...the potato hashbrown simply the best! exit from the hotel, you will walk through kuta square and reaching a t-junction you may decide to turn left towards the road along kuta beach, or turn right to access to other roads namely legian street. you will get familiar on the first day itself so enjoy ;)"

"The Manggar is my absolute fave go-to place to stay when in Denpasar. Right on the edge of Kuta, in a very quiet street off the main drag. Turn left to join the throng or walk to the beach, or turn right to find local warungs, apoteks, groceries, fruiters and the best sate kambing & ayam on the island. Combine this with free airport transfers despite an incredibly low price, the friendliest staff in an island renowned for friendly people, a great pool and frangipani garden, great aircon, drying racks on your private balcony & international TV & DD telephone, I will be back again - and soon! Shout out to my dear friend Herman, who went out of his way to assist, such a beautifully kind man. Recommended wholeheartedly. "

"Staying for a week on business, I was delighted to be given an upgrade to a deluxe room. Overall, this new hotel is a great one. It has most of the components of an excellent stay; really friendly, service-oriented staff, the most comfortable hotel bed you'll ever find, central location, nice breakfasts, good evening dining/bar area - I really enjoyed sitting there watching the world go by, with free Wifi and a nice Bali coffee! There are a few learning curves I see the hotel going through. For example, the rooms are needing better insulation, the cable internet in the rooms was painfully slow, and perhaps the evening food quality needs closer monitoring from the head chef. I was away all day most days, but I have to say that I didn't see too many managers walking around, which is usually a good sign that there is an attention to detail. The pool is also, in my opinion, wrongly placed and too small but the bonus is that the beach is so close - just round the corner. I am nitpicking above, because this hotel is fantastic value for money. It has a good feel about it, and I really appreciated the staff's attentiveness. Bali shopping can be totally hazardous and I'm serious, their good and welcoming advice saved me lots of unnecessary money spent! This was so valuable to me. Though the employee name badges are 'on their way', they remembered my name and this added to the sense of guest care and service. Overall, great stay. I'd highly recommend this hotel, it's going to become a valuable player in the Kuta hotel market. Booking this place, your accommodation needs are well taken care of. My stay was very pleasant and all that I needed to do, I got done. I'd certainly go back again. "
