be careful to book online”
if you booked online be prepare the hotel will give you the worse room of the hotel. As they have many superior rooms, they keep for traveller who approach book with them directly. Because you booked online they have to pay commission to the agency, therefore the room they offer/hold for you is the worse one , OMG terrible room. All they said just go back to the agency, but how its too late you already paid.

Superior Double Bed not 30 m² as advertised, is 20”
There's not a whole lot to do in this neighborhood. I walked across the street and there's no bars, but there is some street food that may be of interest. I booked the Superior Double Bed room which is supposed to be 30 m² but it's actually only 20 m². This is typical embellishment behavior in Ho Chi Minh City. The room itself was decent. I don't see why they need to embellish the room size. I had room 116, which is a bit far from the wifi router in the hallway. Good enough for casual surfing, but not good enough for voice conversations. Room Tip: Don't let them cheat you on the room size.

Beautiful Hotel with Friendly Staff”
wonderful setting, beautiful hotel with friendly staff. excellent restaurant onsite you would be sorry to miss dining at ‘the rose’. location is near everything, hotel is happy to prepare anything you need in travel, food, or sightseeing. again the grounds are exceptional, food is wonderful , people are friendly and rooms well appointed.

Just okay hotel”
I did not like our stay at Ky Hoa Hotel as the room comfort was just okay, only 2 electrical plugs for 3 people room (1 in bedroom and 1 in bathroom), the internet was slow, the elevator smelled, no bell boy for luggage assistance, no local maps or travel assistance, and the price was a little too high.

Not worth the stay”
I booked and stayed at Ky Hoa hotel Saigon for 2 nights because my family stay here for the convenient to visit relatives nearby . So I decided to join for 2 nights. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the room. No socket for charger, room were small and have bad smells, the hotel is very dated and definitely needs refurbish. A room with no safety box of hair dryer. Too many to list . I can go on forever. Conclusion: for the price this hotel charged for , I can pick any hotel in district 1 would be far better and most likely cheaper, with better service .

Location is GREAT! Staff is wonderful”
This hotel has marvelous grounds, and food that is worth taking your time to enjoy. It sits back so you don’t have any road traffic or noise, grounds are well kept, facilities are maintained very nice. I would book again even though it is an older hotel. I would suggest anyone would be comfortable staying and eating here during their stay!

The Overrated Hotel”
The hotel was uncomfortable even it is at the good location. The interior was old, filthy, and lack of small things as advertised. They should change the bed sheets, towers, and the shower faucet. We stayed at other Ky Hoa hotel locations of Vung Tau and Da Lat; which were very good. Ky Hoa Saigon is the worst, should change the management!

quite a big hotel with spacious room. staffs are friendly and breakfast are ok. if you wants a quite place to relax this hotel i would recommand. a very big carpark and you can still play tennis.

Great hotel with good rooms”
Amazing restaurant, good value and good service. We recommend this hotel. The only minor issue was that we had mould in the shower cubicle. Given this is a third world country, we forgive this. Apart from this, the place was spotless. Breakfast was awesome! I glad 6 pieces of toast,

overall stay was satisfactory.The hotel atmosphere was pleasing. Room was good size. Staff has been really nice and willing to anticipate needs especially at breakfast. Food there was ok, i will definitely return - the hotel is ok, clean and staff are friendly. good selection for buffet breakfast and the room was well decorated with a lovely bathroom. comfortable beds.

Large ground, old rooms”
the hotel has a good location for exploring near by places. it also has a large ground for car parking. staff was friendly. breakfast buffet was fine. however the rooms are old, utilities are below standard: lighting was not enough, water is leaked in the toilet. it was very noisy during my stay because of the music from a karaoke bar somewhere nearby.
