            wonderful stay, loved the private onsen”

            i booked this by impulse because i wanted to try an onsen in taiwan, and it was worth it! easily accessible to transportation (just 2 buses) and the food was really good. staff was helpful and they had at least one that spoke English. will come back in winter with my boyfriend.

            Very dirty place. Some hair on the bed! We were very disappointed about the hotspring and the food. The staff could not provided the standard service. Never stay here again!

            Big room, Friendly staffs, and the restaurant food is nice”

            We reached early but the staffs are very friendly, they allow us to check in early. The hotspring here is nice and the room is large but the resort is a bit old and need to do some renovate. The breakfast is very simple but the restaurant food is very nice. Overall we enjoy stayed here.

            Room is big, Hot spring is ok, Free Wifi provided A bit expensive, 30 mins ride from Taichung station by taxi (TWD$300) Nature scene around the resort, but no restaurant nearby. Sound barrier was poor, no milk spa was available even if it did state. Check-in time was 20:00, Check out time was 11:00, totally rip-off!!

            Chalet type of room. It's weird to know that there weren't any doors to cordon off the toilet and bedroom area, as the room booked was a family room. Place was a little old.

            The tub in the spacious bedroom

            Reached late around 5pm and they did not have a room for us at all. They told us to wait and after asking a couple of times, they said check-in was only at 6pm. we cannot believe it! The place was deserted and only some tourists came to use the hot spring. One couple came for a 2hours session for a room too! Sure hope it is not the room we were going to have as they got a room immediately!
