a hotel worth for consideration”
My family (a couple and a baby) stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is close to a bus station; hence, going there is easy. Surrounding the hotel, there are several supermarkets, so you do not worry to buy food or drinks. The staff are nice and friendly.

Clean hotel with nice service”
We had a warm welcome in this hotel and we were even let in earlier. There is a nice pool and great breakfast. The room is small, but clean and comfortable. Parking is free and there is a trainstation within 15 minutes walking. Trains bring you in 5 minutes in the center of Cannes.

Ignore the bad reviews. This is a hassle free place to stay on a budget. Big car park and friendly staff. Rooms are air conditioned and clean so no problem with mosquitoes as some have mentioned. Quiet also.

The toilet and shower is too small needs more cupboard for toiletries inside the bathroom. Less amenities as well the heater is not working properly and also the shower is leaking. The price is not worth it for staying. Needs more space for the closet.

We were very very disappointed with the Kyriad. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was tiny...the shower door was falling off, the toilet seat was broken and the toilet leaked. Most upsetting was a staff member requesting my room number/credit card to pay a one cent shortfall on breakfast!

Towels were never changed. The room was smaller than the one we booked. You only have one electrical socket per room. Staff were unhelpful. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

El inmobiliario deja mucho que desear. La mesita de noche eran banquetas, el armario muy pequeño, así como en baño, no la mampara sin puerta, lo único que destacó es la cama, muy cómoda y las almohadas. Salvo que no exista otro lugar, no repetiremos.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté des tâches sur une serviette de toilette. En revenant du dîner, on nous a changé les serviettes. La salle de bain : plus de porte à la cabine de douche, elle est remplacée par un rideau qui ne coulisse pas. La VMC est sale. Au moment de se coucher, on s'aperçoit que le matelas est complètement affaissé d'un côté. Le lendemain, on nous demande pourquoi on n'a pas demandé à changer de chambre. 1. Parce qu'il était tard et qu'on ne se voyait pas se rhabiller et déménager nos affaires. 2. Est ce que l'hôtel a vraiment découvert l'état de la literie suite à notre signalement ? Je doute très fortement. Ce matelas aurait dû être changé depuis fort longtemps. A noter l'exiguïté de la chambre. Enfin, au petit déjeuner, le plateau colle . Là aussi cela relève d'un manque de propreté
