Comfort hotel, very near to the last stop of metro station and tram station. ”
We were glad that we choose this hotel for our trip in Paris. There are a few halal restaurants which served delicious food, and also a few groceries stores. Mc Donald & KFC is just opposite the hotel. Facilities provided in the hotel is superb. Cons- the metro did not have elevator, have to climb staircase with our heavy luggage. We took taxi, arranged by the hotel to airport upon check out. Be extra careful with your belongings. There are many cases of pickpockets in metro, tram, bus, even while u walk around Paris.

The hotel was really close to the Metro station and thought it was located in the district where seems to be poor and messy,but you could almost get everything u want there.The staff working at reception were really friendly.Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who wish to travel to Paris.

Kyriad Paris 18 was my first choice hotel after going through a list of hotels and I was 100% right in my choice. The reception was warm and cordial by the staff. Room was immaculate with all basic amenities, safe and secure. Breakfast spread was ample and enjoyable. Public transport, metro to various attractions is nearby. Experienced flash strike by Public transport and Metro staff, thrilling and scary experience in Paris, loved my Hero Napoleon Bonaparte's Historical city & Louvre Museum!

great location, modern room”
There’s a metro station just outside the hotel. However, the train line was under repair so there were times the line was closed. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. However, they gave us a room in the first floor and the windows couldn’t be opened (for “safety reasons”). It was spring and there were times that the room was very humid. The AC could only be turned on during summer. So at times the room was a little warm. They told us they couldn’t even transfer us since they were fully booked. They were basically telling us we just had to endure the heat and there was nothing they could do about it.-

Hotel very near to Metro Station”
The hotel location just couple steps away from Metro station but this statikn located far from city center. Hotel surrounding with some mini market and restaurant and the room size cosider ok at this price in Paris. The girl at receiptionist very helpfull but the guy I dont think he speak English well since I asked him to book airport shuttle 1 day before and he missunderstood that he book me taxi instead of airport shuttle and cost me Euro14 more from hotel to Orly airport

Room was okay, we were not given what we reserved. They corrected one of the 2 rooms the other we were given a handicapped room this was okay I guess but still not the caliber of what we reserved, we were there 4 nights and asked each day to me moved to no avail. My biggest beef is that our AC did not work in our room, unless over ridden each time. It would turn off in the middle of the night and get warm. Day staff was fine, the 20yo female night staff acted put out and upset each time we asked for it to be turned back on. She actually asked me what my problem was and yelled at me. So I gave her a piece of my mind. The staff reported the AC broke in June and we stayed there mid September.

Aircon not working and the windows open into courtyard with the other rooms, so very little privacy once you open your windows. Reported the faulty aircon every day of my stay, but front desk just promised to report it - nothing done.

This place was having issues with the AC they finally told me it will take about a month to get it ”
We get a new room and we have to keep the window open to get some cold air. But the noises from other rooms and the people smoking was terrible. Housekeeping come to the room without knocking on the door sometimes twice the same day. When we complain about that the receptionist didn’t answer anything about that.

I loved that while we were in the heart of a very lively Montmartre our rooms were like s little haven. laveries ( laundrettes) were close by: One was across the road; and cafes and bars were nearby. We were only 50 metres from the Port de Clinqancourt railway station where you could get a direct connection to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est ( 4 & 5 short stops away respectively). We walked to the Sacre Couer & Moulin Rouge & that was quite a walk but we are middle- aged sisters so young people should do it easily.
