Stayed at L Adresse for 6 nights, hotel staff were friendly and courteous, always willing to lend a hand. Very convenient as it is near Porte Malliot Station, had no problems getting there from Gare Du Nord. Breakfast was acceptable since it was included in the package, defintely will not pay 15euros for it, you can always grab a coffee and crossiant at nearby PAULS at Palais De Congress. Overall it was a good stay, would defintely recommended to couples.

Although the rooms are not very big, they are quite functional. We did not mind lack of space much. The highlight of the hotel was the manager, Vincent. He is really great, and always greets you with a smile, and goes out of his way to help you. I have rarely seen such good service in other hotels (Super expensive hotels may be). My wife had her hand bag stolen from her at paris nord train station, within first 10 minutes of our arrival in paris (Please be careful of your belongings in Europe). She lost a lot of money, passport e.t.c. We were very distraught right at the beginning of our trip, but by the end of it, we did manage to enjoy paris, and Vincent was a big part of it. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

Nice hotel , but room a bit too small ”

We have stayed in l'Adresse Hotel for a night It was a nice and cosy room but a bit too small and not so comfortable because of its size The hotel was calm and the personnel pretty nice and friendly

Superb -staff very friendly nothing was a problem ”

There was one minor issue on arrival which required clarification from Agoda -other than that this was the best hotel in Paris we have stayed however I would recommend that you really know the person you share the lift with -it is rather small and cosy.

Nice small hotel”

the hotel is in a small street very close to the metro and in walking distance to the triumph arc. the staff is very nice. the room: quite nice bath and the bed is very comfortable. downs are the size of the room, its very dark in the room and lightning is not very efficient, the fridge didn't work and i found a hair in the shower. iron and ironboard needed to be picked up at the front desk. iron was old and the ironboard was only a small size one to be placed on the bed, so i not really useful for doing a good job on business shirts. overall, given the price, the value delivered was very good but i would have been quite unsatisfied if have paid more than euro.

Just a normal city hotel in Paris”

The shower is tiny space that you will hit your hands to the glass panel when stretching. Room is not surprisingly small but clean with small balcony. During checking out I was asked to pay about 2EUR for tax which I have never heard before with such fee. In conclusion, with such pricing there are plenty of options in Paris to choose from so I would not revisit this hotel if I would return to Paris in future.

All in all ok, although rooms very small. However what stands this hotel apart more than anything is the super shower head! It's huge so that was enjoyable. Internet was fast, although the room we stayed in was really small and the bed was partly damp due to a leak in the side board. Service was spotty, often there was no one down stairs when you would try to get some service but they were friendly enough. All in all good value.

Too dark of my room”

It's too dark of my room even turn on all of the light. The hotel is close to the supermarket. Has to be very carefully if you are going to by the underground, metro. We got wallet stolen just a few mins inside the underground.

Not the best not the worst”

First and foremost the price for what you get is fair. Decent room, great location, overall not too bad. The two front desk agents we encountered spoke very little English and could not answer questions about the surrounding area. The rooms were clean but not “hotel clean”. Again overall not bad for €100 or less a night. Easy walk to the Arc De Triomphe and about a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Also close to a metro stop and a few somewhat decent restaurants.

Hotel ne correspondant pas à la description ”

Hotel très proche du palais des congrès c est bien le seul point positif. Arrivé dans notre chambre nous nous sommes rendu compte qu il manquait les serviettes dans la salle de bain. Quand nous avons voulu nous coucher nous nous sommes rendu compte que le lit n était pas fait (pas de draps) le drap qui était sur le lit était simplement le drap qui couvrait le matelas. Notre chambre était sois disant vu sur la tour effeil mais rien même en se penchant par la fenêtre. Hôtel très bruyant (isolationdes chambres,voitures, bagarre...). Il nous restait à payer les taxes de séjour mais appareil à carte en panne, pas de monnaie à la réception.
