The room was great! It feels like we checked in an upscale hotel. But if you are a person who can't sleep with a lot of noise this might be a draw back. Our room was on the second floor and it is right in front of the balcony of a restaurant. So you might hear a lot of chatters and sometimes karaoke. Great location; a kilometer away from the night market. There are a lot of food shops down the road if you need a quick snack. The family that owns it stay on the third floor. They are very nice and friendly even though communication in English is a bit tough. Will definitely go back to this place!

Good Hostel with helpful and nice staffs.”
The room is like photos. Space is quite wide with a large bathroom. Room is clean and facilities looks new. Toilet is also very clean. One more plus point for this Hostel is the staffs here are very very helpful and nice. The location is a little far from Đa Lat Market but near famous food shops which is quite convenient for us to walk. This is my first time I let feedback on Agoda. I feel this is the worth place for suggestion.

Cons: Room is not very clean when we first came, some dust/garbage was swept under the fridge, toilet needs a flush before use. Big windows but the view isn’t that great. We had a minor problem with the water heater in the last night of the stay. Pros: Spacious, reasonable price, very friendly and helpful staff. The hostel is in an alley, not too far from downtown and we found super cute and quiet coffee shops within walking distance. When we left for the airport, we requested a cab to avoid shuttle bus hassles and were offered a cab service with almost the price off.

Feel like at home. Not sure is due to the low peak season, the dorm room have no other guest taken, so we like own the whole room. Individual bed with curtain and light good privacy. Only the location as to near the main road so a bit noisy in the morning but still acceptable for me. Accessible to town with walking distance.

This place is located quite far from the market. We spent just a few hours. Room was huge and clean. The receptionist is really helpful and sweet. Definitely stay here again. You have to take off your shoes and wear the provided slippers btw :)

Great staff, strong wifi. Location is maybe a 15 min walk from the main part of town. Private room we stayed in was right beside the reception desk. Not the most quiet location but not too bad.

本想选个安静的民宿，结果差强人意”
因为是跟妈妈一起去旅行，两个人睡眠都不好，所以选择了离远离中心的位置。可是到了之后才发现对面的房子在装修，接待我们的女孩子告诉我只是白天会有噪音，晚上会停工。我忽略了晚上的定义，一直到十二点左右才停止。更受不了的是附近的卡拉OK，会营业到12点以后。第一天晚上我就跟值班的男孩子说要取消第二天的订单，他说第二天给我回复。经历了一晚折磨后，早上我又去前台询问，另外一个人告诉我可以，我让他跟AGODA联系退回我的预付款。于是我们就先去Crazyhouse了，话说他们这里离CRAZYHOUSE还是很近的，而且路上会遇到很美丽的房子。快到中午我们回来退房，又是那个女孩在，她告诉我退不了，她不同意。用我的渣英语跟她理论半天，直到那个答应我的男孩子出现，才勉强同意退了我二十万。本来对他们的民宿还是印象挺好的，干净整洁，房间很大，而且在居民区里面，没想到我千挑万选认为肯定不会喧闹的地方最失望。好吧，如果你睡眠很好，我向你推荐这个地方。各项设施都不错，就是进门需要脱鞋。其他都OK

Mình là khách thân thiết của agoda. Chỗ ở này có vị trí khá tốt, sạch sẽ nhưng chế độ riêng tư không có. Nhân viên kể cả chủ ồn ào gây ảnh hưởng tới khách. Anh chủ thì bất lịch sự , thô lỗ với khách, kiểu như dằn mặt khách. Mình trả tiền khách sạn trước chứ đâu phải đi free mà thích đuổi khách thì đuổi. Mình có gọi agoda và phản ánh và lấy lại tiền hôm sau vì ko muốn ở nữa. Vì thế các bạn đặt ở khách sạn này nên cân nhắc trước để tránh trường hợp như tụi mình đi chơi mà mất vui!!!!

Chúng tôi làm hoàn toàn theo đúng chinh sách được nói rõ trên Agoda và nội quy của khách sạn.

Phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, nhân viên nhiệt tình, vui vẻ, lần sau nhất định ghé. P có bồn tắm nhưng máy nc nóng có vẻ hơi nhỏ k đủ dung tích để cấp nc cho cả bồn, tắm vòi sen thì ok.

Khách sạn nằm trong 1 hẻm lớn gần khu trung tâm, nhưng cần thuê xe máy để thuận tiện đi lại. Phòng rộng, sạch sẽ, hợp túi tiền; nhân viên thân thiện, vui vẻ. Tuy nhiên, chỉ có 1 điểm cần hoàn thiện là cần có người dọn phòng mỗi ngày để phục vụ khách tốt hơn. Nói chung, không có điều gì cần phàn nàn nhiều về khách sạn này
