"Hotel is located centrally ( near Louvre and tourist pick/drop point ) room interiors + toiletries are pretty good."

The toilet was in a separate room than the shower and bath, which was a great idea.

This hotel was a great surprising find in the heart of the busiest tourist location and shopping precint of Paris. Just off Rue de Rivoli ,from the service, staff helpfulness to the sizable room sizes and comforts right in the center of paris makes the hotel an invaluable find. Walking to the Louvre,Le Halle, the River Seine, with two 5 minute walk metro stations or the Paris bicycle rental stations makes the travel options so accessible. Eateries like Julien's patisserie and fresh breads at 6 pm, to the smaller dining places makes picking up a last minute meal is so easy before returning to the hotel to rest after a days sight seeing in Paris.
My husband and I went to Paris for a romantic getaway and that is exactly what we got. L'Empire was the perfect spot. The location was excellent, within walking distance from most of the major tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a big selection and the cafe was very cute and trendy. We had the smallest room available and it was big enough for us. We requested a queen size bed and we got one. We went in August and it was very hot and the air conditioner in the room was very cold so we slept really well.
GREAT ACCOMODATIONS in the heart of it all”
We had an excellent stay at L'Empire Hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful with recommendations for dinner spots and directions to everything we wa need to see. The room was perfect for our family of 4 and the location was exceptional. SO near to all the sights and just around the corner from multiple cafes, restaurants and bars. The hotel decor was modern and cool but still comfortable. We can't wait to return and stay here.
Great hotel, staff and location”
We had a room above the restaurant, facing the steet. It was large and very nicely furnished. Mini-bar, flat screen TV, great bed, contemporary look and feel. The bathroom was also large and well appointed. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location is fabulous. One block from the Louvre, 2 blocks from Pont Neuf, 10 minutes walk to the Latin Quarter and 12 minutes walk to Notre Dame. Metro station one block away. All in all this was a great find and we will stay here the next time we are in Paris.
Good modern hotel in great location”
the hotel is very centrally located for sightseeing in paris. close to the louvre, seine at pont neuf, shopping, restaurants etc. it is a small boutique hotel so limited amenities. i had a classic room which was a little small but had all the amenties. small but functional bathroom and great bed. the breakfast was continental but plentiful and the service throughout the hotel excellent. this is a very modern hotel in an old renovated building so some rooms are very quirky in the shape and windows are small. my main issue was the air conditioning. the room had its own controls but they did nothing and the room was far too warm and became stuffy very quickly. even in october. i think i would upgrade to a higher standard of room next time but only if i could guarantee the air conditioning worked.
Lovely hotel with helpful staff, well located.”
One of the best rooms we stayed in Europe. Very large and tidy and super fast wifi internet we've experienced anywhere in Europe. The staff are attentive and very helpful. The location of the hotel is a stone throw away from the metro and shops and virtually 3 minutes from the Louvre, so it is nice and easy to just jump on the metro to get anywhere. There are also shopping nearby on Rue Riviole if you are that way inclined. Highly recommend this modern and clean hotel. Only con about it is the sound proof for the rooms aren't as good as you would expect for such a lovely hotel
Boutique Hotel with a style”
my husband and i were in paris for our honeymoon. the hotel staff was so nice in upgrading our room. we had a big room with a big toilet (2 basins). we even had a balcony area. although there was nothing to be seen, it was a nice cozy area. there were english channels for us to watch. justt 10 mins away from the musee du lourve. there were a lot of options during breakfast and the juices were pure. i would totally recommend this hotel and will stay here again for my next trip to paris.
We really enjoyed our three nights at the L'Empire, great location, very clean, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Definitely will stay again for our next trip to Paris.
Great location and friendly staff”
L'empire was a great hotel. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Nothing was a trouble for them. Rooms were a decent size for Paris. Location was great and close to a metro line. I would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful room and great service”
It was wonderful. Paris hotels generally have an issue with size of rooms and especially size of bathrooms. The superior room had plenty of space and the bathroom size was more than comfortable. The location was 5 minutes walks to Lourve and plenty of places to eat and drink and walk around. The river is just across and shopping is along the entire stretch.
excellent hotel in town”
the hotel is located right in the city around by major tourist attractions of paris. Within walking distance we can go anywhere. easy access to transportation i.e. bus, metro are just in front of the hotel. staffs are excellent. they spoke english fluently and very helpful in anything we need. best boutique hotel in paris.
Walking distance to metro about 3~4 min. Louvre Museum just walk less than 8 min to the entrance. hotel crew very friendly. we're given 1st floor room with alfresco area but we didn't use it. Lot's of ants in the room so recommend room clean up everyday.room interior looks new and bed is comfort.
Excellent Hotel in a great location close to the Louvre”
We had a great stay at the L’Empire with one of the largest rooms we have ever had in Europe. It is a luxury boutique hotel with modern and nicely appointed rooms. The staff were amazing and were very helpful. This will be our new go to hotel in Paris!
City of romance with great stay in L empire”
Having been staying in this city of romance for seven nights, I can only say Paris has improved a lot since my last two visits two years ago. with staff of far improved English, I experienced almost no obstacles in communication problem during my stay and vacation in Paris.
great centrally located hotel”
hotel was under renovations, but the staff compensated for this by being super efficient and professional. my room had access to a courtyard area that couldn't be locked properly, but that was fine as access could only be via other windows. the room design was modern and sophisticated. staff super delivered their service and was spot on in keeping to promises and timing. for instance, breakfast was delivered to rooms exactly at requested times. the concierge was great in organising private transport to airport. only problem hotel free wifi was not reaching the rooms properly and dropping out too frequently for good usage. Breakfast in the included price was value for money
Best stay in Paris”
If I visit Paris again, l empire is definitely my return choice p, apart from this little comment place, I will write a compliment letter to the staff there as they are really helpful and awesomely nice to give us a memorable stay in Paris.
Recomended, great location”
Would recommend this hotel. Undergoing renovations but rooms newly renovated, modern and very clean. Rooms also good size by Paris standards. Great staff and great location.
A magical stay in a most enchanting city!”
Our stay was royally great! The staff are very attentive, it’s a 5 mins walk to the Louvre and the amenities are first class- Replica bath products are ice cream on the cake and they let us check in at noon instead of 3. Love it all!
i love it would come again in the coming time and would definitely recommand the hotel to any of my family members and friend to experience Paris
The location was perfect, just 2 min from Louvre, the staff was helpful with welcoming attitude, and the brekfast was exelent:)
