5 night stay
location, lovely staff, excellent shower!
The riad is down some back alleys but don't be put off by this because it's quite normal, very safe and there are many other riads on the way. Hamou and the lady (sorry, I can't remember her name) on reception were very welcoming and helpful with everything we asked. The staff upstairs, Halid and Rashid, were lovely as were the cleaners etc who cleaned our rooms every day. Breakfast was traditional local breads etc and very filling... don't forget to ask for English tea if that's what you want or else you'll get local mint tea (also very nice). The rooms are very clean and the showers are excellent (2nd floor ones seemed strongest/newest). Beds were very comfortable. Riads can be noisy because they're an enclosed space (maybe if all staff wore soft soled shoes this would help cut out some background noise, especially in the morning when they're serving breakfast on the roof terrace from 7am and also when going up/down the tiled staircase). Also, you'll possibly be woken by the call to morning prayer at c.5am but you'll get this everywhere (the point is for it to be heard!). The only food we had at the riad, other than breakfast, was the pizza (as a snack between us) and this was excellent.

Amazing hotel
Location, hotel cleanliness and friendly staff
It was a perfect stay at L'Heure D'ete, the hotel atmosphere is very relaxed and rooms are all clean and relatively spacious. The only downside is that we requested a room on second floor which we didn't get although there were rooms available. We ended up on the ground floor which was quite noisy so I would only go there again if the room was on second floor to get the value for money.

Superb service
service, roof garden, location
As the streets and winding alleys can get pretty intimidating and confusing at times, especially when canvassing the city at noon in summer, it was a great relief to be blessed wuth such great hotel staff. They are very attentive, friendly and keen to help. I was introduced to a variety of Moroccan bread and jams at breakfast, which was very enjoyable on the beautiful roof terrace. I would highly recommend taking up the airport pick up as the hotel, as with everything good in Medina, requires navigating through alleys which would be near impossible as a first time visitor.

Okay.
Well located, close to the main square, quiet alleyway.
Well located riad just off the main square. We had a noisy room near reception with very dodgy electrics. There's friendlier riads about.

Ok
Location, room size
A bit disappointing. There was a bee problem on the roof terrace which made breakfast a little unpleasant. The breakfast was also boring & not that fresh or nice. Had a bad experience with the laundry service as well where 3 of my white tops were turned grey. Would not really recommend his hotel.

Good location
cleanliness, location, roo-top patio
We enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great location, but a little difficult to find. The Moroccan bath was nice, but massage was not that spectacular.

Fantastic riad !
Great location just off the main square of Jemma el DNA
The riad sent a taxi for us from the airport, which was good as would never have found it down the alleyways! When we got inside what a wonderful surprise, it was so clean and spacious for a small hotel, the facilities were quite modern, and all the staff really pleasant and helpful, would definitely return.

Great staff and accommodation
Friendly staff, location, lovely rooms and a rooftop spa!
We got into Marrakech very late after a long day and reached L'Heure around 11.30. Hassain greeted us and gave us mint tea and cakes on the terrace. The staff had managed to lose out bag and he brought us some extra toiletries and some pyjamas to use. His kind and friendly manner was typical of all the staff through our four day stay. They rang the airport for us the next day (our bag was found) and organised a taxi there and back for us with their trusted taxi driver. Breakfast each day was terrific and homemade. They have installed a spa on their terrace which I think we were the first to use. Fantastic after our day trip to some waterfalls in the Atlas mountains which the riad organised. Hassein who was our guide was terrific and I'd recommend taking the trip to se some fantastic mountain scenery and have lunch in a Berber house! We were there for Xmas. Arriving back on Xmas eve we found on our bed a gift wrapped box of chocolates and sweets made by the kitchen staff. They were very yummy and it was a nice touch. The location is great too very close to everything including some good places to eat. Like lots of the riads it can be tricky to find first off but once we knew where it was it was easy finding our we around. Highly recommended.
