Nice pool and view of the harbour
Pool, easy access to public transportation
Splurge for a harbour view room, its worth it! The pool is large and fun to escape the busy city for a swim. Hotel room was not well maintained, more like a 3.5 star, very firm bed, service was not attentive. Despite this, the other amenities made the stay worth it.

Good location, poor service
Close to MRT, Food was good, Shopping
The hotel was located well near a MRT. The food was good but the wait staff in the restaurant spent more time chatting to each other than cleaning tables. No free WiFi in the rooms which is unusual in asian hotels these days. Most staff with the exception of front of house can't speak English (only Cantonese and Mandarin) Probably a good hotel for Chinese visitors but others would find it annoying. Airconditioning controls were either Low, Medium and High. The room was always freezing irrespective of what setting you put.

I got free upgrade to the biggest luxury room on the 68th floor
There's no other hotels like this I been flying around the world And L'Hotel Nina gave me a great experience And I felt an actual 5 stars hotel Great environment The staffs have great customer service skills And I like that they upgraded me to the luxury room I would recommend this to everyone!!!!
