The lift operated once at a time and so many ppl, total 6 lifts but no display and wait very long

It is the worst 5-star hotel I have been to.
It is worse to stay there. Can't find any best things in the hotel. I haven't expected you have to pay for the wifi in five star hotel, even the cheap hotel has free hotel. The service is so bad here and no one would like to give help to you even if you bring along lots of luggage. When ever you are ask questions, the staff in the reception seems impolite.

great hotel
great location, nice pool, large rooms
We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately you have to pay to use the wifi or its free in the lobby. I was never able to connect to the free wifi. Over all great location close to the subway.
